Jesus Knows

Now they were on the road, going up to Jerusalem, and Jesus was going before them; and they were amazed. And as they followed they were afraid. Then He took the twelve aside again and began to tell them the things that would happen to Him:
"Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and to the scribes; and they will condemn Him to death and deliver Him to the Gentiles;
"and they will mock Him, and scourge Him, and spit on Him, and kill Him. And the third day He will rise again."
Mark 10:32-34

I am trying to figure out what we are supposed to learn from the last entry - "Paul Going To Jerusalem." God's timing, again, is perfect. Paul knew bad things were going to happen to him, but he wasn't exactly sure
what - Jesus knew exactly what was going to happen to Him.
The disciples were afraid, but not Jesus. Although Jesus did have his doubts -

He went a little farther, and fell on the ground and prayed that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him.
And He said, "Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will."
Mark 14:35,36

I included this because these verses, to me, explain God's greatness and Jesus' bravery. Jesus was a man, albeit a perfect man. He had the same feelings as we do. Jesus' death was God's will, and Jesus didn't question His Father. I guess I want everyone to try to understand all the pain and suffering that Jesus went through because of the will of His Father.
How did God feel, knowing His Son felt this way? God sent His Son for us. God sat in heaven while all this was going on - the beatings, all the abuse, and finally, His Son's crucifixion. How much does God love us?
And how much did God love His Son? Jesus loves us, and endured all this for us. We have to understand and love Jesus before we can even begin to understand God.  Tell God that you love Him.

The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.

     Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.  Please read your Bible.
