Therefore I will divide Him a portion
with the great,
And He shall divide the spoil
with the strong,
Because He poured out His soul unto
death,
And He was numbered
with the transgressors,
And He bore the sin of many,
And made intercession for the
transgressors.
Isaiah 53:12
I was just talking about Jesus earlier. How can we repay Him? Repent and follow Him (his ways, be loving), and love Him. We can only get to the Father by loving the Son.
I still can't imagine what it was like for God to sacrifice His perfect Son for a bunch of sinners - think about that! A Son that did nothing at all wrong; He only pleased His Father every second of every day. God and Jesus both new what had to happen, it was prophecy.
He is coming back soon; I am starting to feel it. Deception is really high in this country right now. We can only trust God, everyone else is lying to us. Many, many signs are out there - can you read them?
Read the Bible, and tell God you love Him!
The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.
