     With the other half tribe the Reubenites and the Gadites received their inheritance, which Moses had given them, beyond the Jordan eastward, as Moses the servant of the LORD had given them:
     from Aroer which is on the bank of the River Arnon, and the town that is in the midst of the ravine, and all the plain of Medeba as far as Dibon;
     all the cities of Sihon king of the Amorites, who reigned in Heshbon, as far as the border of the children of Ammon;
     Gilead, and the border of the Geshurites and Maachathites, all Mount Hermon, and all Bashan as far as Salcah;
     all the kingdom of Og in Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth and Edrei, who remained of the remnant of the giants; for Moses had defeated and cast out these.
                         Joshua 13:8-12

     It was so nice to have some virgin pages untouched by the highlighters.  The only thing I get from this passage is that I wanted to know the two tribes that got their inheritance beyond the Jordan River; I knew one was the tribe of Reuben, but just couldn't remember the tribe of Gad.  God knows what you are doing.
     I want to do some research, especially on Ashtaroth.  I am wondering if Og has anything to do with Gog and Magog.  Also, I really enjoy reading anything about Moses.
     I am sitting here listening - the rain is gently kissing the roof of my house, the second hand of the clock is briskly journeying around its path about fifteen feet from me, and my grandpa's grandfather clock is rhythmically ticking; I can almost feel the smooth rhythm of the pendulum swinging back and forth.  Everything is so calm and peaceful, quietly doing its job.
     I hope, at least for one moment, that everyone could feel the quiet, peaceful solitude that I am feeling.  I feel so far away from the world, and yet so close to God.  My breathing has slowed as the relaxing of the muscles in my face just released the last little bit of tension out of my body.  Wow, I am truly happy.
     Basically, turn of your tv and radio for a while and think, don't speak.  This is the way it is gonna be in the near future, I have a feeling.
The whole world is gonna be cleansed and cleaned of its filth.  Many, many people will
die - it is all Biblical prophecy.  This marks the first time that I have about the prophecy with a clear head; I am not stressing about how bad it is gonna be, but rather feeling how calm it will be when it does happen.
     Something is starting to happen, and I mean with God, but He is not telling me.  It is not bad, at least not for me, read this entry.  It is all in His hands, "He's got the whole world in his hands."  Now I am smiling, it will all be ok.  Make sure you tell God that you love Him.

The LORD bless you and keep you;
The LORD make His face shine upon you,
And be gracious to you;
The LORD lift up His countenance upon you,
And give you peace.

     Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.  Please read your Bible.
