I couldn't believe my eyes. It was a thousand times more beautiful than any of the oceans on earth. The waves glimmered effortlessly with every splash towards land and I felt myself instinctively being pulled towards it. As I got closer, I noticed the mere glimmer on the water of what I thought was sun rays was actually millions of tiny diamonds, glowing and swaying under the water. It was almost hypnotic. I didn't even notice that the ice cold water was already up to my breast until I heard Alice scream my name. I turned around and noticed my friends far away from me, standing and waving frantically on the glimmering yellow beach. I wadded out of the water to them and rubbed my red bumpy arms, "Sorry..I guess I got carried away..." I shivered and hugged myself tighter.
"yeah..Well I can understand..It's beautiful..." July sighed.
all four of us sat down on the sand and watched the sight. I ignored the itchy sand sticking to my bare legs and the crawly feeling of hundreds of pink crabs scurrying in the sand beneath me. Nothing could pull me away from this. It was like a dream. And there was no way out.
