Sky-
Where was Alice? Me, July, and Simon have made the boat already and have been waiting for hours for Alice. It's starting to get dark and there are a few stars already filling the vast blue of the sky. July keeps bringing up the thought that Alice could have been taken by Sky Walkers, and Simon just sits there shaking his head and looking towards the forest at any sound. We decided to look for her. But as we neared the forest, ready for an adventure, Alice pops out of the trees with a broad smile and a creepy looking boy leaning on her arm panting heavily from exhaustion.

"Guys! Guys meet Jasper..the Sky Walker" Alice exclaimed, her face flushing a deep crimson at the sound of his name on her tongue.

I couldn't believe it. I pulled my knife out of its sheath, the knife I made out of rock while waiting for Alice's return, and pointed it menacingly at the boy. He gasped and let go of Alice, stepping back.

"What is he doing here!" Simon cried, pointing his short, stubby knife at Jasper too. The knife he was just in the middle of making.

July was standing behind the both of us knife possessors and shivering sadly, her lower lip quivering an her face white at the sight of her best friend holding the evil boys hand.

"Wait! wait..let me explain! " Alice yelled, causing me and simon to lower our knifes at her obnoxious tone of voice. We all sat down and listened intently to what Alice and jasper had to say. And after a very long explanation that lasted until the sun was completely gone and the sky was black did we finally understand and July stopped shaking to go hug Alice. But as all five of us got on our tiny driftwood boat and dashed off into the rocky horizon, I swear I could see Alice stare at jasper with a look I've never seen her have...and it reminded me of Simon. I scooted closer to the boy that has been my guardian all these years and held his hand. I had to face my fears. Everyone was growing up. There was no stopping it.
