After being rescued by July and Zayne, I felt a release. Like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Maybe it's the fact that I don't have to worry about my brother and July dying anymore. Or maybe it's something else, something deeper. After all this journey, all this adventure and excitement and loss....I feel like I'm not alone. But mixed with this un explainable joy, is also captivating entanglement of confusion. What next? Well, we know that we have to find a way to bind Alice's wings back on her, that's the first thing. But what after that? What will we do. I guess all we can do...is focus on the present. As a wise turtle once said when I was a child, yesterday was history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift.
