CHAPTER 36

"Deal your face" sagot niya.

I chuckled "Are you scared?" I provoked.

"Bakit naman ako matatakot? May nakakatakot ba?" she said while raising her eyebrows.

The corner of my lips curved up as I folded my hand across my chest.

"Nothing. But I don't know if you're thinking something worst imaginable. That, I couldn't tell" I said and stared at her.

She glared at me obviously registered in her face that she didn't like what I've said "Ano namang mapapala ko kapag nakipagpustahan ako sayo?" she asked.

"I'll be your genie. I'll give you three wishes." I said with a hand gesture showing her my three fingers.

"Hindi ko kailangan ng genie sa buhay ko"

"So, what do you want then?"

She paused for a while then stared at me intimidatingly.

"Sige, magpakagenie ka. Pero ano bang kaya mong gawin?" tanong niya.

"Everything" I quickly answered "But if you lose, You'll do my one wish. Only one wish"

Her brows furrowed "Pair akong tao. Bakit isa lang?"

I looked at her amused. "Do you want me to get three wishes too? Baka hindi mo magustuhan ang hilingin ko?"

"Bakit? Ano bang hihilingin mo?"

Stop liking him.

But I wouldn't say it though. I don't want to be selfish. I'll be happy when she's happy, even if im not the reason of her happiness. She's my happiness anyway.

"You don't want to know" I answered instead.

She frowned.

"Kidding! Isang wish lang Kikay. Isang bagay lang naman ang gusto ko" I grinned then stood up "Pupunta akong supermarket, sama ka?"

I didn't expect any answer from her that's why I was really surprised when she nodded and stood up also.

"Kukuha lang ako ng pera" sabi niya saka tuluy tuloy na naglakad paakyat ng hagdan.

I stood root footed on the spot as I watched her ascending upstairs. I didn't move until she came back and scowled at me.

"Tara na" she said.

I blinked "Sasama ka nga?" tanong ko.

Her forehead creased and looked looked at me like saying I was an idiot.

"Pinagloloko mo ba ko?" naiinis na tanong niya "Sasapakin kita kapag pinagtritripan mo lang ako!"

Tinitigan ko muna siya at ng masiguro kong hindi siya nagbibiro, kinuha ko agad ang kamay niya saka siya hinila palabas ng bahay atsaka ko siya pinapasok sa kotse.

"I don't want to risk my life again so I won't allow you to touch my steering wheel" I warned then started the engine.

She didn't responded but I can see in my peripheral vision that she's digging a hole on me but honestly, I love this attention im getting from her.

"Ingat sa pagtitig, baka mamiss mo ko pag umalis na 'ko" I smirked then glanced at her.

"Kapal. Tsk" she scoffed.

I chuckled but didn't add anything that might ruin the atmosphere. If anything, I would love this moment to last. I want us to be this way towards each other. Yung hindi siya sumisigaw at naiinis sakin. I know it's my fault but if I didn't tease her, hindi naman niya ko papansinin so, might as well tease her and let her shout at me everyday.
