Apparently, my cousin clouded Pam's mind that's why she keeps on avoiding me. I can't believe her.

“Ang harsh mo sa pinsan mo. Hindi ka man lang nagthank you,” Raven commented while watching Yanna followed Pam upstairs.

I scowled at him as I shook my head in disagree, “I didn't ask her to do it. I'm working to get her on my own and she's there clouding Pam's mind to give malice about me and Ashley,” I sighed.

“Mukhang may malisya naman talaga kasi. Bro, if I didn't know how crazy you are for Pam, I would also believe what my eyes saw during those times you're with Ashley”

Napailing ako.

It's tiring to explain my relationship with Ashley. I can't understand people. Seriously. Being kind and friendly these days are becoming an issue between opposite sex. And this is one of the reason why I avoided girls.. before I met Pamela.

Raven tapped my shoulder, “Just thank Yanna, bro. You won't like it if you pissed her off”

“I already did,” I retorted.

“Goodluck then. May I remind you that she's not very forgiving”

I grimaced and just shook my head. Yanna is not the only one who aren't forgiving, were blood related anyway. And did he forget that she's the one at fault here? The things love can make people, really? It makes us fool. Like how I become one, but I'm not complaining because its my choice.

I was about to go to Pam's room to check on her when I heard the engine of a car outside. Then, after a few seconds, Pam's father showed up together wit his fiancee.

“Nandito pala kayo. Kumain na ba kayo?” he asked.

I nodded, while Raven shook his head. And as hospitable as Papa is, he asked us to join them for dinner which I was just forced to agree, for not to be rude.

Yanna though, went down just right after we finished our food. She politely declined the invitation from Papa and was grinning menacingly at me while holding something in her arms as she bid goodbye to the owner of the house.

I shook my head and ignored her. Whatever she's planning to now, I don't care. Confident naman akong makukuha ko si Pam. Maybe not sooner, but in the right time. She'll see. I'm just not in a hurry.

“Dito ka na matulog,” said Papa.

I slowly shook my head, “Wala po akong damit. And I'll come back here first thing in the morning to cook  Pam her breakfast”

“Sa kanya lang?”

“Pati na rin po sa inyo..” I added.

He laughed then patted my shoulder. Somehow, I regret teaching her to lock her door. Tss.

Like what I've promised last night, maaga akong gumising at bumisita kina Pam. It was only six and only maids were awake yet in the household.

“Sana sagutin ka na ni Pamela,” sabi ni Manang habang tinutulungan niya kong magprepare ng gagamitin sa pagluluto.

I beamed at her and nodded.

How I wish, too. But as I've said. I'm not in a hurry. And I will not stop until she runs out of choice but to say 'yes' to me.

I grinned.

One day, I know it will happen. Just wait, Pamela Reyes. You'll be officially mine.
