CHAPTER 25

I ruffled my hair and groaned. Sumakay na ko sa kotse ni Pam mabilis na pinaandar papunta sa kanila.

I leaned my head on the backrest of the sofa with my eyes closed as I've waited for her to arrive home. Im getting impatient when an hour passed by pero wala pa siya. Where the hell did he brought Pam? And why the hell did she allowed him to brought her anywhere? Tss.

I ruffled my hair again and stood up. Sakto naman na may narinig akong tunog ng sasakyan sa labas kaya nagmadali akong lumabas at buksan yung gate.

"Tabi!" sigaw niya ng harangan ko yung daan.

I shook my head then waved my fingers as I smirked. I really wanted to ask where did she go but I restrained myself from invading her personal activities further more coz I knew better where I stand. So, I asked what Ashley had said to her instead.

"Hindi pa tayo tapos Kikay, hindi ka makakapasok hanggat hindi mo sinasabi sakin kung anong sinabi sayo ni Ashley"

I smirked when she glared at me.

"I don't mind staying here all night" I folded my arms and stared at her intently while grinning.

"E, kung sinasapak kita?"

"I don't mind too" I shrugged.

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. I didn't leave my eyes on her.

"Hindi daw ako ang type mo. Paksyet! Kadiri! Kaya pwede ba wag mo ng paulitin, kinikilabutan ako! Tabi nga!" mabilis niyang sinabi bago ako itulak at mabilis na pumasok sa loob ng bahay.

I laughed at her outburst. I wanted to get mad at Ashley for saying those things but im too happy for seeing Pam's reaction. She's so cute!

I shook my head then stepped outside the gate. Tinawagan ko si Raven para magpasundo and I didn't wait long.

"Pa?" I frowned as I answered the call.

["Trystan, anak. I have a favor"] he said.

"Ano po yun?"

["Im here in Singapore, at nag-aalala akong walang kasama ang anak ko sa bahay, mga maid lang. Masyadong mabigat ang hihingin ko pero pwede ka bang samin muna tumuloy hangga't hindi pa ako nakakauwi? Ikaw lang ang pinagkakatiwalaan ko"]

I don't know what to react but my smile automatically curved on my lips as I agreed on father's favor.

"No problem Pa" I grinned.

Of course, hindi na pinag-iisipan ang ganyang bagay. Im very much willing to help.

["Thanks Son. Dagdagan mo na lang ang pasensya mo kay Pam. Sasabihin ko din sa kanyang dun ka muna titira pansamantala sa bahay"]

I immediately packed my things that good for one week. Hindi mawala ang ngiti ko habang papalabas ako ng kwarto ko.

"Good mood ka a. Saan ka pupunta?" tanong ni Raven na nakaupo sa couch at nanood ng tv.

"Kina Pam. I'll stay there for a week, I think. Ikaw nang bahala dito sa condo ko"

"Bakit? May nangyari ba?"

"Nasa Singapore yung Papa niya and he asked me to stay there para bantayan si Pam" I answered.

Raven smiled sheepishly. "Kaya pala good mood. Pabor na pabor sayo. Ge na, akong bahala dito. Goodluck" he chuckled.

Napailing na lang ako saka lumabas ng condo. Hindi na ko nagulat ng makita ko si Ashley na nakahilig sa kotse ko pagkababa ko sa parking lot. I strode towards her and stared at her with my blank expression.

"Trystan" she said then she smiled at me.

Napailih na lang ako. Why does she have to look innocent whenever she look at me like that? Tss.

I stowed my hands in my pockets "I told you to stay away to Pamela, didn't I?"

Yumuko siya and started fidgetting the hem of her tops.

"Sorry.."

I sighed and walked passed her. Sumakay na ko sa kotse ko at mabilis na nagmaneho. Wala man akong alam sa medicine pero base sa kinikilos niya, I know something's really wrong with her. But it's not my problem anymore, telling her parents about her condition is enough. And i'll do it as soon as possible.

I looked around and I released a sigh of relief when I didn't see a familiar red car me. Buti naman hindi na niya naisipang sumunod or she's just two cars apart, who knows? Tss.

Mabilis akong nagmaneho pabalik sa bahay nila Pamela. Tumuloy ako sa guestroom na tinuro ng maid na mukhang nasabihan na ni Papa. Nilagay ko lang yung bag ko sa kama at lumabas agad papunta sa kusina. I want to surprise Pam and cooked dinner for her but just when I stepped into the kitchen, I saw her and Ian already eating dinner together at the dinning.

I steps came into a halt and I watched them. Something inside my chest stings a little. I shook that feeling and took a deep breath. I ruffled my hair and looked away then turned around and walked to the living room. I'll just wait for them to finish.

Pero ilang minuto pa lang ang lumipas ng tumayo ako at maglakad pabalik sa kusina. Tumigil ako ng makita ko si Pam na kumukuha ng cheesecake at naglalagay sa dalawang platito.

My brows furrowed as I realized she's really accomodating her suitor well. Hindi ako nagpakita at pinanood ko lang siyang matapos hanggang sa bumalik siya sa dining at binigay kay Ian yung isang platito.

I bit my lips as I shook my head.
Naglakad ako papunta sa ref at nakita ko yung blueberry cheesecake na binawasan niya. Wala nito kanina, baka dala ni Ian. He's really serious ha.

Im hungry and im not in the mood to cook anymore. Kaya kumuha na lang ako ng isang slice, Pam will get mad but that's my purpose in her life, to get into her every nerves.

Pumwesto ako sa side kung saan pwede ko silang makita. Ian looked very pleased while eating while I didn't see Pam's expression coz her back is facing me but I can say that she's watching him.

I shook my head again. Something inside me is telling that I should go there and interrupt them, or dragged her away from him. I shook away the unwanted thoughts. Nandito ako para bantayan lang si Pam kaya hindi dapat ako mangielam sa kanila. If Pam allowed him here, then be it. But I cannot help feeling jealous, and I don't like it.
