CHAPTER 20

"Kikay?" I called.

"Anong ginagawa mo na naman dito?" she asked while glaring at me.

I grinned. Im so used to her deadly glare. Lumapit ako sa kanya at inakbayan siya. Sinamahan ko siya papunta sa kwarto niya. But the moment we entered her room, she elbowed me right on my stomach which was damn hurts.

"Tss. Where have you been?" I winced.

As usual, she ignored me and went to the bathroom to shower after she's got her clothes. Humiga ako sa kama niya, devouring the smell of it while waiting for her.

"Sino ang may sabi sayong pwede kang humiga sa kama ko?" she said the moment she stepped out of her bathroom.

"Wala namang nakalagay na bawal humiga" I smirked.

She ignored me again and walked out of her room. So, I followed suit.

"Oy" I poked her. "Kikay" still no response.

"Pam. Pansinin mo ko huy"

Still ignoring me.

"Kikay!" I shouted.

"Pwede bang manahimik ka? Umuwi ka na nga sa inyo!" she shouted back.

I stared at her. "I was worried, san ka ba galing?" tanong ko pero hindi na ulit niya ko pinansin "Pam naman" I whined.

Im getting frustrated. She sat on the swing so I sat beside her.

I poked her again "Pamela Reyes, calling calling!" I sang as I tried to get her attention.

"Hindi ka ba tatahimik?" naiinis na tanong niya.

I shook my head. No Pam, I won't stop bothering you because you made me too damn worried.

"Sino yung babaeng kasama ni Papa?" I suddenly asked. Too curious for what she's feeling towards it.

I said I wouldn't interfere, but I cant help it. I sighed when she didn't answer so, I didn't pry anymore.

I shook my head and looked up at the night sky. It's my first time to do this with a girl. I just realized it now as I stared at the darkness of the night. I've never been this close with any other girls except for Mom.

I grinned. "Alam ko gwapo ako" I said when I felt her stares.

"Ang lakas ng hangin dito. Tss" she mumbled.

I chuckled and moved beside her until there's no space left between us.

"Ano ba! Kingina naman!" naiinis na sigaw niya.

"Magboyfriend ka na nga para hindi na mainitin yang ulo mo" I said then rested my arm around her shoulder.

She quickly removed my hand and stood up.

"Siguro pag nagkaboyfriend ka na, hindi ka na parang laging galit sa mundo" I chuckled.

"Manahimik ka"

"Tsk. Nako Kikay. Gusto mo tulungan kitang maghanap? Pag ganyan ka ng ganyan tatanda kang dalaga! Eww!" I teased.

And again, for the nth times of the day, she ignored me. I profusely shook my head as I laughed while watching her walking away. I guess I need to recognize my feelings, before it gets out of hand.

"Raven" tawag ko sa kanya bago siya makaalis ng condo.

"Hindi ka pa aalis?" he asked.

Inabot ko sa kanya yung maliit na papel na panda.

"Ito lang?" nagtatakang tanong niya. "Mi ultra mitad" he frowned as he read it out loud.

I smirked.

"Pakitranslate" he demanded.

"My other half" I casually said.

He gasped "Bro, finally! Umamin ka din!" he exclaimed.

I shook my head "Im just letting her know that we're soulmates"

"Soulmates?" he repeated.

"Soulmates" I stated "Or yin-yang" I grinned.

Raven tilted his head. "Hindi kayo yin-yang. Hindi naman kayo completely opposite." sabi nito.

"Tss"Umiling na lang ako saka inabot naman sa kanya yung jar. Jar of pandas with notes. "Give that to her this afternoon and tell her that that will be the last" I said.

He scowled at me "Aamin ka na?"

I shook my head. "Hindi pa. Im helping you out" I grinned.

He smiled widely that somewhat looks creepy. "Thanks bro!" he exhilarated.

I nodded then walked passed him. He finally gathered some guts so I won't be step in the way. Raven needs to focus in his life now. I'm not selfish afterall.

As I pledge to myself, pumunta na ko kila Pamela para sunduin siya. I became her driver aince yesterday so kahit hindi ako papasok ngayon, I needes to drive her para na rin hindi siya masundo ni Ian.

"Good morning Kikay!" I greeted her the moment she stepped into the kitchen.

"Bat nandito ka na naman?"

"You know, it's not hard to utter good morning too"

"Psh" she shook her head then sat on her seat acrossed me.

Tahimik lang siya at kami lang ni Papa yung nag-usap about basketball.

"Alis na po ako" she quickly said after she finished eating.

"Wait Pam!" I shouted habang hinahabol ko siya but she immediately hopped inside the care and hitted the road.

I sighed as I watched the car disappeared in my sight.

Nagpaalam ako kay Papa na aalis na. Tita Brenda called last night kaya hindi ako papasok ngayon. She asked me to see her but refused to tell me why over the phone kaya pupuntahan ko siya.

"Have a seat" she said when I entered her office.

"Bakit po?" I asked.

She sighed. "I talked to Ashley" she started "She cried and begged when I told her to stop showing here" she shook her head.

"Pumupunta din siya dito?"

"Unfortunately. Palagi siyang may dalang regalo sakin and wanted to spend time with me" she grimaced "She's kinda annoying to be honest. Im a busy person and she's acting like im your mother she has to tame"

Napailing na lang ako. I don't know what to say.

"She needs to be checked" Tita said in a serious expression. "We need to talk to her parents before it's getting serious nephew and you need to tell this to your parents too"

I sighed.

I don't want to involve them. This is my problem. Mom would go berserk about this.

"Think about it Trystan. Talk to her and convince her to see a psychiatrist"

"Why me?" I frowned.

"She wants you unless you wanted to meet her parents and tell them your problem. You choose" she said with her eyebrow raised.

I heaved a heavy sigh and ruffled my hair. "I'll think about it Tita" I said.

She nodded in understanding while staring intently at me. Tatayo na sana ako ng bumukas bigla yung pinto at niluwa nun si Ashley na may dalang paperbag at sobrang laki ng ngiti.

"Good morning Tita Brenda, good morning Trystan"
