So i have this family in Iowa that i'm supposed to visit every other week, but because of my job i haven't been able to go in a while. Thanksgiving it coming up and i have a choice to go to Iowa or stay home and go out to eat with my grandma. Beings i have the monday after thanksgiving off, I told my grandma that i want to go to Iowa but then on monday we can go out for lunch. She said she didn't want to and then said she was fine. i could clearly tell she was angry and hurt about my decision. The fact that she was angry made me really upset and i've spent the last half an hour crying because I just want to make everyone happy and I don't want to hurt anyone.....
Do you guys have any helpful advice??
