I woke up the next morning and got ready for the day. I did my make up and left my hair the way it was after blow drying it. I stood in front of my closet and tried to figure out what to wear. I didn't feel like trying to match a skirt and a shirt so I decided a dress would be just as good. I pulled out a long sleeved dark navy blueish dress with the white around the bottom and around the neck area. I laid it on the bed and went back to my closet. I then pulled out a flower print dress that was sleeveless and had a black front piece. I was holding both and switching between them as I stood in front of my mirror in my bra and panties when Abby looked in.

"Which one would look better?" I asked as I turned around to face her.

"Are you wearing flip flops?" She asked as she leaned against the doorframe.

"Of course. I don't wear anything but flip flops now," I replied.

"I say go for the blue. Not to risky and it's professional. I should warn you Taylor is going to try and set you up with someone," She said as I put the dress on.

"Why and with who?" I asked as I put my phone in my purse and we headed downstairs.

"His name is Andrew and he's 26. Taylor is doing this because he doesn't want you to get hurt," Abby replied.

"Did you tell him?" I asked as I grabbed my keys and sunglasses off the counter.

"No but he figured it out on his own when Dave took you to show you his drum room," Abby replied as I slid into my flip flops.

"Fuck me running on a tread mill," I said as I put my sunglasses on.

"I know you're going to do what you want but think about last night. You were crying and upset and I don't even know what happened. Maybe Andrew is better for you. Do what you want but just be careful sweetie. Ok go have a good day," Abby said as I opened the door.

"Bye girlie," I said and walked out the door. I got in my car and headed to the studio. Dave was already there when I pulled into the parking lot. I put my smoke out and headed inside.

"Hello," I said out loud as I walked towards the console room. Dave turned around as I walked in.

"Good morning. I got you a bagel with cream cheese and your coffee," Dave said as he put down the guitar and brought them over to the couch. I sat down and took them from him. I wasn't really hungry so I put the bagel in my purse and had a sip of coffee.

"Mmmm thank you. Please give me something to do today so I'm not bored again," I said as I looked over at him.

"You can clean I guess. Maybe go through the emails and figure out a schedule of who wants to record here when we're not. There might be a list on the fridge by now of what we want in there. You could always sit right there and look absolutely beautiful," Dave responded with. I smiled at the last part and felt my cheeks get red.

"I'll stock the fridge, clean and make a schedule all while looking beautiful," I said as Dave put a hand on my leg.

"Sounds like a good idea to me. I'm sorry I left like that yesterday. I wanted to get here before Taylor showed up," Dave responded back with.

"It's fine. I should get use to it. You're not going to be spending any nights over or anything. I know what I'm getting myself into," I said as we looked at each other. I could see he was thinking about something.

"Taylor told me something interesting yesterday while we were here," Dave said as he stood up and grabbed his coffee and came back to the couch. I had a feeling he was going to warn me like Abby did.

"What would that be?" I asked as I put one leg up on the couch and sat facing him with my coffee.

"He's bringing some young musician he's been working with around today," Dave replied as his eyes looked me up and down. I leaned back so my back was against the arm of the couch and my dress moved up my thighs as I did.
