Chapter 28

Megan's pov
When I woke up this morning I had a big smile on my face. Today is the the surprise date! I did my daily routine and picked out a dress it was half black half cream. It had a cool design halfway down the skirt-part of the dress. I grabbed matching sandals and a light brown clutch.

I headed downstairs to eat when I ran into my triplet Percy. "Hey how you feeling?" he said with a smile. "I feel well rested. I also am a bit sore, but otherwise I'm fine." I replied.
"That's great." percy said ecstaticly. We then started heading down the rest of the steps.

I walked into the kitchen and saw more banana muffins and smiled. "Thank you guys for the muffins, I really appreciate it."

"Well it is what I'm for isn't it?" he said happily. I just smiled at him. "Well Tyson is going to be here soon so, you should go back to whatever you do. Okay?" he smiled and nodded in response.

As if on cue, I heard a knock on the door. I waltzed over to the door and opened it to reveal Tyson. "Hello Tyson. Are you ready to tell me yet what we're doing?" I asked impatiently awaiting for a respose. He shook his head and said "Nope. It still is a surprise if I haven't told you yet. So, Nope." he said popping the 'p'. Making me mad.

With that being said we head out the door to his awesome car.

We pulled up to a parking lot and when I look at the sign it says INCREDIBLE PIZZA! More like INCREDIBLE RIPOFF! That made me smile. Other than the food and the price, the place is actually really fun. "Oooo yeah! You took me to incredible RIPOFF!." he looked at me weirdly and I said "one time I had a birthday party up here and they ripped us off. Hence the name Incredible ripoff." I said while still smiling. He gave me a bigger smile in return. "Well, what are you waiting for, let's get a move on inside! Unless you want to wait for hibernation to be over I suggest you hurry up!"
I yelled and ran inside.

When we got inside, let me tell you it was LOUD! There were tons of kids running around, and there was parents yelling at them to slow down.                             

I just smiled at the place even though they were a ripoff, I felt a sense of happiness when I saw a little kid having fun. Tyson interrupted my thoughts and said "hey do you want to go on the go carts?" I nodded yes frantically. We didn't walk we ran there. We gave the people the money and jumped in the cart. "I'm going to beat your butt!" I yelled with pride. "Sorry Princess, but, today isn't your lucky day because you're going to lose." He very cocky. "Don't be so cocky. You never know what your opponent is capable of." I said with a grin. And sped off. In the distance I heard him yell 'not fair' that just made my smile bigger. The second lap around I was still ahead, but not by very much. He then past me and gave me a wink. I just smirked and slowed down a bit trying to make him think I quit. He did exactly what I thought he would do and slowed down. Right when we came around to the last bend I sped up and past him. I then crossed the finish line, and won.

"Boom! How do you like me now, how do you like me now!" I sang loudly. He looked a little sad, but when he looked at me, his smile just appeared back in his face. That just made life a whole lot more worth living seeing him smile is worth everything I have and will go through. "Hey, do you want to just leave and go play mini golf?" He smiled bigger and nodded. That is how we spent the rest of the day together, playing games, eating, making fun of each other, and end up falling for each other more.
