Monday Morning.

Students of all ages flood into the one place they call Hell, even though it's not that bad. Everyone rushes to their classes, so they aren't late, and so they don't get a detention.

As Jessica walks into her first class - geography - she gets greeted by Mr. Barn - the headteacher (principle).

"Morning Jessica." He smiles at her as she approaches him. "Morning sir." She smiles back, out of politeness. "Come with me please." He says as he starts to walk off. She quickly walks after him. "What about-" "Don't worry, Mr. Murphy knows that I'm taking you out of class." Mr. Barn chuckles as they make their way to his office. "Okay." She nods.

The conversation runs dry after that.

Eventually, they walk into Mr. Barn's office where Simon - Mr. Minter - is already sat, waiting for them. "What's this about?" Jessica asks as she sits next to Mr. Minter, in front of Mr. Barn. "Mr. Minter here has something to talk to you about." Mr. Barn explains as he leans back into his chair. "What is it?" She asks as she turns to face Mr. Minter. "I guess I'll just tell you straight..." He begins. "I-I like you... No, scrap that. I love you..." He mutters as he avoids eye contact with her. Jessica sits there, stunned at what she just heard from her gym teacher. "As in, you have a crush on me?" She asks, confused. He nods, "yes." "Well..." She begins. "I have a crush on you to... But, that's nothing new... I mean, most the girls do..." She says, chuckling the last part. "True, but you're different." Mr. Minter says, looking Jessica straight in the eye. "How am I?" She asks. "You just are..." He sighs.

"Guys... No teacher, student relationships please." Mr. Barn warns them. They both nod as they look at him. "We won't..." Jessica mumbles. "Good. Now Jessica, you may go to class." Mr. Barn smiles. Jessica flashes a small smile back before quickly rushing out, towards class.

"There, you told her Si. Happy now." Mr. Barn - Vik - says as he stands up. "No, I'm not." Simon groans as he also stands up. "Why not?" Vik asks, shrugging slightly. "Because... I wanna be with her, Vik." Simon says, almost like a yell. "Tough. It's against the rules." Vik says sternly. "Come on man!" Simon yells as he stands right in front of Vik. "Nope." Vik says, popping the 'p'. "Fine, whatever. Jerk." Simon mutters before storming out, making sure to slam the door behind him, like he's making a statement.

"Dickhead." Vik sighs as he makes himself a cup of tea.
