Meanwhile...

Jessica's POV

"Mum! I'm home!" I yell as I walk through the upstairs part of the house. No reply. "Mum!" I yell again, louder than before. "Kitchen!" I hear her shout. I sigh in relief as I swiftly make my way to the kitchen.

I walk in with a smile, but it soon fades when I see a group of people, I've never seen before, stood with her talking and laughing. "Ah, Jess. Come meet everyone." My mum smiles as she drags me over to meet everyone. "This is Claire..." She says, pointing to a old, blonde haired woman. "This is Joe..." My mum says, pointing to a youngish lad with brown hair, which is nicely styled. "This is Kyle..." She says, pointing to a old guy with black hair. He smirks at me as his eyes scan my body up and down, making me feel uncomfortable. "Then there's Poppy..." She says, pointing to a youngish woman with red hair. "Finally, this is Thomas." My mum says, pointing to a very young guy - who looks around about 19. I wave awkwardly at everyone, "Hi..."

"So, Jessica..." Kyle begins as he wraps an arm around my waist. I tense up under his touch, "What?" I ask, rather rudely. "You single, my dear?" He asks with a devilish smirk. I shake my head, "No, I'm not." I state. "Well then..." He begins. "Who's the lucky guy then?" He asks as he tightens his grip. "His name is Simon." I say. Kyle chuckles, "Don't suppose it's Simon Minter, is it?" He whispers into my ear. My eyes widen; my breath hitches; my body tenses up even more. He laughs, "Thought so, little girl." He purrs into my ear. I quickly push him off me before running out the house, away from everyone. I then call the first person I think of, Simon.

"Simon!" I practically yell down the phone as soon as he picks up. "What's wrong?" He asks with panic in his voice. "Come and pick me up, please." I say as I walk inside a small, nearby cafe. "Why?" He asks. "I'll explain later. Just pick me up by that cafe down the road from my house." I say as I sit down near the window. "Okay. I love you." He says, making me smile slightly. "I love you too." I say softly into the phone. The call ends. I sigh as I lean back into my seat, feeling relieved that I'll be far away from those guys soon.
