Jessica's POV

I just sit and watch as everyone is practically forced to run laps of the gym. I chuckle quietly as I see Layla panting like she's ran a marathon, but in reality, she's ran about 3 laps of the room.

Mr. Minter stands in the center of the room, making sure to keep an eye on everyone, including me. He occasionally looks over at me and flashes me a small smile, in which I return.

As I'm not doing anything, my mind wonders into its own little world of deep thoughts. Some thoughts being pleasant, others not so pleasant. Thoughts like; "what'd happen if I didn't tell Layla what Mr. Minter was doing/did to me?" keep popping into my head, making me feel freaked out as different scenarios keep flashing in front of me. Things like him bending me over his desk whilst seductively whispering into my ear pop into my head. I shiver at the thought of that. My gym teacher, bending me over his desk, as he whispers sweet nothings into my ear.

To most of these girls, that sounds like a dream, but to me, it's almost like a nightmare come to life.

"Jessica..." The familiar voice of Mr. Minter shakes me out of my obscene thoughts. "Yes?" I ask, slightly taken aback as he's kneeling right in front of me as the other girls are still jogging around the room. "Are you okay?" He asks as he places a hand on my knee. I tense up slightly under his touch. "I'm okay, I guess." I mutter quietly. "You sure? You seem out of it." He says in a worried tone. I look into his piercing blue eyes which are full of concern. "I told you, I don't feel well, sir." I say to him, recalling telling him that I'm 'ill'. "Go home if you're that ill." He says as his hand moves up my leg slightly. I tense up even more. "I can't." I simply state, trying not to let the fact my teacher is low-key trying to feel me up faze me. "Why not?" He asks as he removes his hand from my leg. He then sits himself next to me, making sure not to remove his gaze from me. "My mum isn't home..." I sigh.

Lately, my mum, Faye, hasn't been at home. She's probably, more than likely, been staying at her new boyfriend's, Thomas's apartment.

"Where is she?" He asks. "More than likely at her new boyfriend's apartment." I state. "Oh..." Mr. Minter mutters. "Plus, my attendance is pretty low, for once." I add on. "It is?" He asks, shocked. "Apparently so." I nod. "Who told you this?" He asks. "Mr. Barn... He sent me a text saying that it's low and that I'll have to stay late." I say, getting my phone out and showing him the texts. "Ah... I see." Mr. Minter says as he reads the text message.

Just as I was about to say something, the bell rings, indicating that it's break time. "Off you go then girls." Mr. Minter says loudly. The girls rush out, eager to leave. I stand up and grab my things. "See you whenever, I guess, sir." I shrug as I begin walking out. "See you..." I hear him mumble. I sigh before quickly exiting the gym.
