Jessica's POV

Me and Simon leave his office and make our way towards my next lesson which is music with Mr. Clark. We make our way down the now bustling corridor towards the music room. Some people, mainly some of the slightly younger students, give us some odd looks, but I don't mind.

"You don't mind that people are looking at us weirdly, do you?" Simon asks as we walk pass a group of girls, roughly my age, giving us odd looks. I chuckle, "Not at all." I say, looking up at him with a smile. He smiles back down at me, "Good, because I don't." He says. "Thought you wouldn't." I simply say.

After a lot of chatting and laughing, we finally make it to my music lesson just as everyone is walking in. "See you tonight." Simon whispers into my ear, making me smile widely. "See you tonight." I whisper back. He smiles at me before walking off. I watch as he disappears into a sea of oncoming students, rushing to their lessons. I sigh as I make my way into my music lesson.

I walk in and quickly sit down next to my good friends, Scott and Mitch. "Hey Jess!" Scott smiles widely at me. "Hey girl!" Mitch beams at me. "Hey guys!" I smile widely at the pair of lads. "Question time, missy..." Scott begins. "Okay?" I question with a small giggle. "Why was you walking with Mr. Minter, aka, Mr. Perfect?" Mitch asks. "I got into trouble..." I say. "With who?" Scott asks. "Stupid Mr. Payne... The science teacher." I mutter. "But why was you with Mr. Minter?" Scott asks. I sigh, "I had to see Mr. Barn... Mr. Minter was with him. He then decided to walk me to lesson." I lie. "I see..." Mitch says with a small nod.

Unlucky for me, these two ain't as stupid as Layla so, they can tell if I'm lying or not. "That makes sense." Scott says. "Indeed." Mitch agrees. "Because it's the truth." I chuckle. "Mhm." Mitch hums.

So, a little back story of mine, Scott's and Mitch's friendship. I first met Scott through music on the first day of school. He's super sweet and funny. I didn't meet Mitch until a week later, because he was ill. I met Mitch and at first, I didn't like him. He's very sassy and can be pretty 'mean'. But, he's still very sweet, just like Scott.
