Chapter 13

S.coups' POV

"So what did you get for the math test? I heard you got your results today," I started.

"Oh, um..." she trailed.

"Is it bad?" I asked.

"Well... not really but I wanted a higher mark."

"So how much did you get?"

"90," she mumbled.

'Dang, she's smart' I thought. "'Not what you wanted?' Man, you must be a bloody genius to say that," I complemented.

She put her books in her bag as she laughed, "I'm not."

"Sure," I scoffed as I helped pick up her bag and swung it on her shoulder. We then started towards the dismissal area.

"Thanks, but I can do it on my own. I'm a strong, independent woman-well, teenager," She told.

"Whatever you say, your royal highness."

She and I were quite close back then. We would talk between classes along with Winter, Ash, and D.K. She was outgoing and fun to talk to, though many times she would start teasing anyone of us at random times. It drove me crazy whenever she did it to me, but in a good way. In the end, she would normally laugh her usual evil laughter. "Evil," I would call her.

When we reached the dismissal area, some of the other members stood up and came towards us.

"Noona!" Dino exclaimed, as he hugged the brunette.

She looked uncomfortable, but hugged the maknae back. I noticed Jun's glare shot right at them. Thankfully, Minghao noticed also and directed Jun's attention to something else.

"How's my favorite maknae?" she asked.

"Hey, why does Chan get a hug but not me?" I pouted.

"Because you're not as cute as Chan," she replied, ruffling the maknae's hair.

"Ouch," I said as I dramatically put my hand over my heart.

"Noona, can we come over to your house? We've been there before but you weren't there," Dino asked, acting cute.

"I don't see why not. Winter, Caleb what do you think?"

"Okay, sure," they said at the same time.

"JINX! YOU OWE ME EXO PHOTO CARDS!" Winter exclaimed, while punching Caleb's shoulder. He grunted and rolled his eyes at that girl. "Do you guys wanna swim there?" Winter asked. We all nodded our head in agreement.

Seventeen and I headed over to our dorm, while Tori, Winter, and Caleb walked to their penthouse since it was near the school. After we got our swimsuits, we left for their penthouses.

Caleb didn't want to swim. The girls put on their swimsuits; while us, boys, wore some shorts and a T-shirt/sleeveless shirt. Tori looked stunning: the swim wear she used really showed off her body-shape-small waist, curves, etc. I also noticed slight abs. 'No wonder Jun fell for her at first sight' I thought. The boys and I already jumped in the pool, except for D.K and Mingyu.

"Guys, let's jump altogether," Tori suggested.

Tori shot a quick smirk at Winter, who in return, showed a worried expression. I knew that smirk all too well. It always meant that Tori was going to do something evil. That meant danger.

"Count to 5," Tori said.

D.K and Mingyu closed their eyes, while they counted. A split second after they closed their eyes and started counting from 1, Tori picked up the rubber ducks, which looked a bit creepy, and squeezed them near the misfortunate boys' ears. That gave them quite a shock, since they were sent screaming and jumping to the very edge of the pool. Painfully, they smacked their backs right on the surface of the pool. The scared boys emerged from the water, still looking frightened, while Winter and the evil one laughed out loud. The other boys and I joined the laughter.

"YAH! TORI AH!" they scolded.

"Mi-mianhe," Tori managed to say through her laughter.

The boys threw glares at the laughing girl.

"You're so mean," Mingyu pouted, while huffing.

"She's like James Potter," Winter commented.

"You two can have some of the chocolate in my fridge," Tori sighed.

"WHAT! Oh, come on," Winter complained.

"Ep, it's my apology."

Winter then grabbed Tori and John Cenaed her to the pool. Tori screamed as both girls dashed into the pool. Tori pushed Winter back into the water after they emerged. We played, dived, and had a water fight. Sadly, my team lost since we were ambushed by Hoshi's team.

"Phew, I've gotten hungry after all this," Joshua popped up, "Winter, you're good at cooking, can you whip up something for us, please?"

"I've already started something in the oven."

"Oh, wait when?"

"Just before we... left for the... pool- OMAGOODNESS MY CHICKEN!" Winter yelled, in realisation.

Everyones eyes widened as they got out of the pool, including me. The last people to get out were Jun and Tori. He took her hand, stopping her. I admit I was worried and didn't really want them to be alone-well, with a few strangers-but I knew better than to barge in. So I left with the others, grabbing my towel, dripping along the way.

Hey y'all, I'm so sorry I haven't updated in a long time. I won't discontinue this story, since I've got a good plot in mind. Oh, and Merry Christmas! Even though it was yesterday, still have a merry Christmas and happy New Year!
