Wyatt's smile faltered as Lucy started to walk off, leaving him alone with Kim. He was quick on his feet, patting Kim's forearm muttering an excuse and was quick at Lucy's side. He expected her to laugh but she just said,

"You're terrible at flirting."

Wyatt raised a brow in amusement, "I wasn't trying to flirt, you know I've got no interest in Kim."

Lucy then glanced up at him, as if checking that he was telling the truth, she opened her mouth to speak. "You should, she's so sweet, sweet on you too."

"Well, she'll have to be sweet on someone else then." Wyatt muttered, his arm brushing Lucy's, he swore for a moment he'd saw her breath hitch at the small touch, but it was probably his mind toying with him. "By the way, if I was flirting, she'd never stop liking me. I can flirt when I want too."

"Sure, soldier, you keep telling yourself that." Lucy winked, patting his chest and heading for the exit, Wyatt could feel his heart racing a hundred beats a second. He was dumbfounded how he'd become so affected by that woman, she'd made a place in his life, he knew he couldn't replace or remove even if he'd tried. He snapped out of his little trance, giving a smirk. Need proof I can flirt, well I'll show you tomorrow, Wyatt thought to himself, following out of the exit to go home.

Wyatt dressed classy for once, in his own elegant clothing, not Mason Industries fancy clothes. Except the tie, Wyatt might be dressing classy but it was only for work, there was no way he was wearing a tie.
He played with his cuffs, doing up the button as he walked into work. His eyes searched the room landing on Lucy, grinning to himself he made a beeline towards her, but Rufus cut off that beeline pretty quick. Wyatts grin dropped as he looked at his friend.

"Man, who you dressing fancy for? Let me guess." Rufus wiggled his eyebrows teasingly. "Did she ask you to dress like this?"

"No," Wyatt answered, straightening his suit. "She just said I'm a terrible flirt and I'm going to prove her wrong."

"Why has everything gotta be a challenge between you two? Can't you just kiss and get over all the tension? Do you know how awkward it is to walk in on you two talking? It's like you'd just interrupted a serious conversation thats life or death." Rufus sighed, although Rufus knew Wyatt and Lucy wouldn't do anything about their chemistry anytime soon. Wyatt looked over Rufus's shoulder, Lucy was still in the same place as she'd been in before. Wyatt moved Rufus aside.

"I'll see you later, buddy, I've got myself some flirting to do." Wyatts grin reappeared along his face as he continued his line for Lucy. She had her back to him, he leant over her shoulder, his mouth dangerously close to her ear. "Hey, babydoll."

Lucy knew the voice from anywhere, sending a shiver down her spine as he spoke. The woman she'd been talking to looked at Lucy in suspicion and Lucy didn't know what to say. She'd frozen on the spot, her cheeks burning, the woman gave her a little smile then left her to Wyatt. Lucy finally snapped out of it, realising she'd been letting him rest his head near her ear. She stepped forward away from him and turned to face him, hoping her cheeks had cooled down.

"Wyatt, what are you doing?" She said, her voice came out quieter than she expected, she had to clear her throat to get it back to normal again. Wyatt gave her a menacing look, along with a mischievous smirk, she took notice of the suit and she had to admit it suited him.

"Just showing you I'm one hell of a flirt." He shrugged as if it was harmless game, "By the end of today, you'll be wishing you'd never said I was a terrible flirt."

"I'm already regretting it." She mumbled to herself, her mind forgetting Wyatt was there for a moment.

"What was that?" Wyatt asked, clearly he hadn't heard.

"Nothing, but—um—you really sure this flirting things a good idea? People are going to thin—" Lucy was cut off by Wyatt.

"Then I'll tell them it's me proving you wrong." Wyatt shrugged, "Besides, maybe that would get Kim off my back, you brought this on yourself Lucy. But I've got to say you're looking pretty good today." He added a winked, making her cheeks feel like they were on fire, she knew he could see it and he smirked happily in victory. Lucy tried to ignore him and walked past fast, she didn't know how she felt about him openly flirting with her, even if it was to prove some stupid comment she made.
Wyatt spun her around, making her still, her eyes meeting his all of a sudden feeling shy. He grinned down at her.
"You know, your eyes...their the opposite to your mothers, her are so cold, yours...their that warm, soft, soul capturing brown. Mesmerizing, quite beautiful. From your father I presume?"

Lucy felt like her lungs had lodged up, not letting her get enough air, but she nodded, "Yeah." She was unsure of whether she should ask Christopher for a sick day, she was sure she wasn't going to get through the day with all of Wyatts flirts and compliments. Because they were working, she could feel a knot in her stomach as she looked up at him, but she managed a smirk. She could play the same game as him. She got on her tiptoes, moving her face inches from his, his mouth so close to hers. He was watching her now, he wasn't planning on her responding to him. She brushed her lips over his then stepped away, "Two can play at that game, Wyatt."

He blinked out of it, his eyes trained on her. She spun on her heel and was gone, leaving him with Rufus and Jiya laughing at him because of how red he'd gone. He frowned at the pair. "Shut up." He muttered, hating being embarrassed, especially in front of almost their entire work team. He glanced once more at Lucy who'd vanished around the corner and dusted down his suit, trying to resume his normal attitude. "Damn you Preston." He muttered to himself.
