Ariana

Monday, 12:35 pm

"It starts at 2:45, I believe. So I'm gonna take a shower." I tell Justin.

"You have fun with that. I'll be upstairs having a tea party with Aviella." I giggle and he chuckles.

"Daddy! What's taking so long?" Aviella yells.

"I think you're wanted." I say, standing up.

"I think so too." He kisses my cheek and I walk into the bathroom.

I turn on the shower, checking the tempature before getting in.

1:03 pm

"She let you off the hook that quick? I'm surprised." I say to Justin, who's laying on the bed when I step put of the bathroom.

"She said 'you're free to go for now. I might call you back later'."

"Wow. She definitely has you wrapped around her finger."

"No one has Justin Bieber wrapped around anything." He says.

I smirk at him, letting my towel drop before walking into my closet.

"Fuck, Ariana. You just had to do that, didn't you?" He groans and I giggle.

"You'll be alright. You're not wrapped around my finger or anything."

"I hate you so much." He says.

Not caring about what I wear, I pick up a T-shirt and jeans before getting dressed.

"Wow! She's actually wearing clothes." Justin says sarcastically.

"Shut up before I stuff my fist down your throat."

"Woah. Someone's violent."

I walk back into the bathroom and brush through my hair before putting it in a high ponytail. I put blush on my cheeks and some lip gloss then put on some earrings and exit the bathroom.

"You're pretty." Justin says.

"Thank you. Are you ready to go?"

"I'm always ready to go somewhere. Aviella isn't."

"I got that."

"I'll be down here when you're done."

"Obviously." I walk upstairs and go into Aviella's room.

She's sitting on the floor playing with her dolls and stuffed animals.

"Avi, we gotta get you dressed. Mommy has a doctors appointment."

"For why?" She asks.

"For the new baby. We have to make sure its it's healthy."

"I get to come?" She stands up, leaving Tommy on the floor.

"Yes, you do. But you have to get dressed first."

"Okay!" She runs into her closet, coming out with a white tank top and purple Nike shorts.

I let her get dressed while I search for a matching pair of shoes on the floor. Her closet is very similar to mine. Very messy.

I finally find a pair of white and light purple Nike roshes.

"Okay, I finally found some shoes. We really need to clean our closets." I tie her shoes and she picks up Tommy.

"I don't like cleaning. I like messing up."

"I know. It's very obvious." She grins and I turn off her light before we walk downstairs.

"Ready to go?" Justin asks.

I nod and Aviella takes his hand. We walk outside and Justin locks the door before going to the car.

I get in the passenger seat while Justin buckles Aviella into her car seat.

2:37 pm

When we walk inside the doctors office, Aviella freezes.

"What's wrong, princess?" Justin asks, picking her up.

"I don't want a shot." She says.

This being the pediatric ward, Aviella had been here plenty of times before. And she hates this place.

"You're not getting a shot, baby girl. We're here to check on the baby in mommy's stomach."

"Promise?" She says.

"I promise." She nods, laying her head on his shoulder.

She hasn't had a nap today.

We walk to the desk and I check in with the nurse.

"We'll be right with you." I nod and go sit next to Justin.

Aviella's in his lap playing some stupid game that he likes on his phone.

"Mommy, do you get a shot?" Aviella asks, holding Justin's phone down like she's gonna drop it.

"I don't know." I shrug.

"I hope you don't. They hurt." She says as Justin takes his phone, continuing the game Aviella was playing.

"Not to me. I'm a big girl."

"Will they hurt to me when I'm a big girl?" She stands in between my legs, looking at my stomach.

"Maybe. That depends on you." I tap her nose and she giggles.

She rests a hand on my stomach and looks up at me.

"There's a baby in there?" She asks.

"Yep." I nod.

"Is it a boy or a girl?"

"We don't know yet. We'll find out in a couple months."

"I hope it's a girl. I want a little sister."

"I want a girl too. That one, on the other hand, wants a boy." I point to Justin and he smiles, not looking up from his phone.

"Why? The boys in my class are meanies. They chase me and my friends around at recess."

"Maybe they like you. You are pretty cute." She grins and Justin looks up, turning his phone off.

"No boyfriends until you're married and out of my house." He says.

"What does that even mean?" I ask.

"That means no boyfriends until you're 50." He says.

"Don't listen to him, Avi. It'll be sooner than that. Just make sure you find the right one." I look at Justin and he smiles.

"She speaks the truth."
