"Nap time for this little one." I say.

Bella smiles, completely unaware of what was about to happen.

I give her a pacifier and rock her in my arms.

"Time to sleep, moonlight. Don't make me sing, please."

Unfortunately for me, Bella doesn't go to sleep. Probably because she needs a snack, so now I have to feed her. Isn't this great?

Justin and Aviella were in her room, probably asleep, but I haven't checked for at least thirty minutes. I feed Bella while scrolling through different apps on my phone. It doesn't take that long because she's not starving so when she's done, I lay her down next to me and she falls asleep instantly.

"Sleep tight, moonlight."

I kiss her head and lay down myself. I'm the only one not asleep, and I'd like to not keep it that way. I watch Netflix on my laptop until I fall asleep.

Justin

4:56 pm

I wake up in Aviella's bed. Shopkins is on the TV, which is what I was being forced to watch while we had a 'tea party' with the stuffed animals that she stuffed in both of her bags.

They were now surrounding her while she slept, and a few were on and around me. I sit up, gently placing the animals on the bed and making sure Aviella's not being suffocated before standing up and going into the other room.

Ariana is asleep on the bed with Bella on her chest. I assume Ariana had Bella laying on the bed by herself until Bella woke up and wouldn't go back to sleep without her mommy. Only because that's usually what happens. She used to hate being by herself when she was awake, but now she hates it when she's sleeping by herself so she'll wake up and cry until someone holds her, then she'll go back to sleep.

I smile, leaning down to kiss Ariana's head

I smile, leaning down to kiss Ariana's head.

Daddy's going to get pizza. I put my shoes on and grab the room key before leaving. I saw a pizza place across the street from the hotel, so that's where I'm going. And no, I'm not getting pineapples on it, because that's disgusting.

I walk to the elevator and press the lobby button. There's already two people in the elevator who look like they don't know each other. Now there's three people in the elevator who don't know each other.

"You're a very handsome man." I mentally roll my eyes but turn around and smile.

"Thanks."

It's some female who look's like she's in her thirties. In other words, way too old for me.

"You're welcome. How would you like to give me your number so we can go out tonight?"

"I'm married. With two kids. No thanks." The elevator doors slide open and I'm the first one out.

The man who was in the elevator with us walks faster to catch up with me and I turn to look at him.

"I applaud you for that, man. I'm just like you. A wife and two kids."

"Thank you... I think that's what I'm supposed to say."

"Yeah, man. Half the people I know would've done the opposite of what you did. Where you headed?"

"Pizza."

"Cool, cool. I'm headed to the beach. See you around, man."

Whatever his name is walks in the direction of the beach and I walk inside the pizza place.
