Ariana

Wednesday, 1:11 pm

Justin takes Bella's car seat out of the car and we walk inside the mall.

"I love this!" I say.

"You love what?"

"The mall."

"Oh. Of course you do." I smile as we walk through the boring stores where old people shop and go to my one of my favorite stores.

Of course there's nothing to wear to the party, but I do find a bunch of other stuff that I don't need.

"I don't know why I let you get this stuff." Justin says.

"Because you love me." I smile, kissing his cheek.

We walk to another store, Windsor, where they have a bunch of dresses.

"I want this one!" I tell Justin, knowing he won't like it.

"Ariana, are you serious?" He says, not the least bit entertained.

"Yeah. I like it."

"But do you love it? Because if you don't love it, you can't get it."

"Fine. I'll find another one."

Five minutes later, I find the cutest dress in the history of dresses.

"I'm getting this

"I'm getting this. I don't care what you say." I tell Justin.

"I don't care. I like that one."

"Good. Your turn." I smile as we go to check out.

"Your total is $87.48."

"Ariana, you are so lucky that I love you to death." Justin says, giving the cashier a $100 bill.

"Your change is $12.42. Have a good day." I take the dress and Justin receives his change before we walk out of the store.

"Why did you choose to carry the car seat instead of bringing the stroller?" I ask Justin.

"Because I don't wanna deal with a stroller right now."

"Your decision." I shrug as we walk into Armani.

"Justin, look. It's you!" I point to a picture on the wall where Justin is modeling one of the many Armani suits.

"Wow. It is me." He smiles and I laugh.

"You are adorable." I say.

It takes Justin no time at all to find something to wear, unlike me. But his total came way higher than mine, just for jeans, the most adorable man shirt ever, and a jacket like thing.

"You get a discount, since you basically work here." The cashier says, only taking her eyes off of Justin to look at the register.

"Congratulations on your baby girl." She says, giving Justin his change and receipt.

"Thanks." I smile at her before we walk out of the store.

"Now I'm hungry, and I'm sure Bella's gonna be hungry soon. So should we stay at the food court or go somewhere else." Justin says.

"I'm not feeding her in front of all these people. What do I look like to you?"

"Leave the mall it is." We turn in the direction of the way we came in.

2:26 pm

"Alright. We have Subway, McDonald's, Little Caesars, Starbucks, Chipotle, and Burgee King. Take your pick, beautiful wife of mine." Justin says.

"I pick Chipotle." I say from the beackseat, where I was feeding Bella.

"Chipotle it is. And don't you even thinking about saying what I know you're gonna say."

"I won't say it. That is so old." I giggle.

Justin turns into the parking lot of Chipotle and goes through the drive thru. I tell him what I want and he tells the employee.

"Your total is $19.28 at the first window."

I finish feeding Bella and start burping her, but since she was asleep basically the whole time we were at the mall, she stays awake. I put her back in her car seat, but don't buckle it up.

"Thank you." Justin says, giving me the bag of food.

"Are we forgetting something?" I ask as Justin drives out of the parking lot.

"Oh my God, we have to pick up Aviella. What is wrong with us?"

"What is wrong with you? You're driving."

"You could've reminded me."

"Don't you think I would've if I remembered?"

Justin had turned the opposite way of Aviella's school when he left Chipotle, so now he had to make a u-turn to be going the correct direction.

2:49 pm

"Daddy, you're four minutes late." Aviella says as she gets in the car.

"I know baby girl. I'm sorry."

"Hi Bella." Aviella smiles, looking into Bella's car seat.

I was still sitting in the back, behind the empty passenger seat, Bella was in her car seat, and Aviella was sitting behind Justin.

"Mommy, what are you doing back here?" Aviella asks.

"I have to sit back here in case Bella starts crying."

"Oh."

"How was your day, Avi?"

"Good. I cant wait until the last day of school. It's gonna be so fun when I graduate kindergarten."

"Baby, you don't graduate on the last day. You graduate a couple days before that."

"And you're not graduating in the first place. You're being promoted. If you were graduating, you wouldn't have to go back to school."

"Justin, why you gotta do her like that?"

"I'm just telling the truth."

"Of course. You always do."
