"They were both knocked out as soon as we got home." Olivia says.

"Of course they were." I laugh as Justin picks Aviella up from the couch.

Her and Alexa were tangled up in each other, asleep. Tired from a full day of playing.

"Thanks for keeping her. I know she's a handful."

"No, she was great." Jonathan says.

After saying goodbye to Olivia and Jonathan, we walk to the car and I get in the passengers seat while Justin puts Aviella in the back.

We had nothing else to do so we were going to start working on the baby's room. It was probably gonna be pink and mint green because that's the cutest thing ever.

We still hadn't decided on a name, but we were definitely working on it. (COMMENT BABY NAMES)

Justin drives to Lowe's so we can look at paint and carpet. The paint would probably be mint green and the carpet would be white. Everything else would either be baby pink or white.

Aviella wakes up when we're almost done, but says nothing. She just looks around the store and at the stuff we're picking from.

"Daddy, I'm hungry." Aviella says.

"We'll eat in a second, okay?"

"Okay." She lays her head down on his shoulder and falls asleep almost instantly.

"I think this is good." I say, gesturing to the paint swatches and carpet we picked.

"Okay, great. You can buy the paint now or later. And you'll probably wanna order the carpet pretty soon. The one you picked happens to be very popular."

"Of course it does. I guess we can order it now."

"Okay. Follow me. We can get someone to come measure the room so we can know the amount you need."

I follow the employee and Justin follows me to the front of the store where we set up and appointment for someone to come measure the baby room.

"Thanks for all your help." I say before we leave.

When Justin puts Aviella into her car seat, she wakes up again and mumbles something about Burger King.

"Yes, we can get Burger King." Justin says.

There's no 'yay' or something like usual, probably because she just woke up and she's still tired.

"Mama?" Aviella asks.

"What is it, princess?"

"Will I be able to spend the night with my new sister?"

"Yeah, if you want."

"I like that."

"Good. You're gonna be a great big sister."

"I hope so."

Justin drives to Burger King and gets food for him and Aviella because I don't eat fast food that much anymore. Plus I'm not really hungry.

"Breathe." I tell Justin, watching him devour his burger and fries.

"That's not funny at all."

"Yes it is!" Aviella says, giggling.

"She said so." I say, laughing at Justin.

"Yeah, because everything Aviella Monet says is right."

"It is." Aviella says from the back.

"You just proved yourself wrong. That statement was wrong."

"It was?" Aviella sounds genuinely confused.

"Avi, don't listen to him. He's just trying to confuse you."

"That I am." Justin laughs, turning onto our street.

Once he pulls in the driveway, I take Aviella's food trash to the trash can while Justin unbuckles her. Surprisingly, she didn't make a mess.

"Daddy, I need help on my homework." Aviella says when we get inside.

"I didn't even know you had homework." Justin replies.

"It's just one question. What are grandma and grandpa's names?"

Justin looks at me, then back to Aviella.

"My parents or mommy's?"

"Both."

"My parents are Patricia Malette and Jeremy Bieber. Ariana's are Joan Grande and Edward Butera."

Justin helps Aviella spell and write the names then she goes to put her homework up, coming back downstairs with a different piece of paper in her hand.

"This is for you." She gives me the paper and I read it.

The whole Kindergarten class is taking a trip to the zoo the week after fall break. Aviella's birthday is Tuesday so she's having her party on Saturday, and that week is Fall break, when we're going to Disneyland with Alexa. Then the week after that would be the field trip.

After Justin reads it, he puts it on the coffee table and turns on the TV.
