A New Start

6 months later....

Stampys POV

I woke up beside Beth, in our beautiful bed looking out to the sea. It felt like it was about ten o'clock, 'meet me in bed.' That dream was something I'd never forget.. Something to look back to and remember how lucky I am to have all my friends. I continued to lie in bed until the door banged,
"Who is it?" I called, then the door burst open and all my friends crowded through.
"Well if it isn't Mr Stampy Cat!" Tom called, I nudged Beth to get up,
"Wha- what the fu-?" Beth got up, yawned and looked around, "How'd you get in?!"
"You left the front door wide open y'stupid people!" David laughed, they all hopped into bed beside us, Tom got out his phone and took a selfie of all of us.
"You have to take a selfie of everything, Tom!" Netty laughed,
"Need to update my Instagram and Twitter!" He laughed, putting his phone away and lay on the bed with the rest of us.
"Come on then let's get you some breakfast!" I said, throwing on a dressing gown. I held the door as about ten people left our bedroom. I looked back at Beth, she smiled and rolled her eyes,
"I'll be down in a minute." She said, I smiled back at her and closed the door.
They made their way down to the kitchen,
"Tea or coffee?" I heard a muffle between tea and coffee so I made a pot of tea and a pot of coffee and let them decide.
I sat down at the table beside everyone else, then David nudged me,
"So, you gonna ask her to marry you yet?" The rest of the table smiled,
"She's twenty! We're too young!" I said,
"Awk but you've been a thing for a long time, and your just going to continue on living together!" Amy whined, I rolled my eyes,
"Beth?!" I called,
"Wait- what now?!" Ash said,
"Yes?!" Beth called back,
"Wanna do a livestream?"
"Oh you always have to do it in the modern way!" Amy laughed,
"Sure, I'm just getting dressed!"
I winked at the rest of the table, they laughed back.
I started up the livestream,
"Hello this is Stampy and this is morning too." I began, "why am I up in the morning? Because these guys," I filmed my friends waving, "came barging into the bedroom!"
"Sorry, did we waken you?!" Amy laughed,
"yes! We were up till three!"
"What were you doing up at three with Sqaishey?!" David nudged Tom and they laughed,
"What we usually do." David burst out laughing as did Tom. "Oh stamps.."
"Video games, Squid. Video games!" I kicked him under the table.
"So what are we going to do today?" I asked, "wanna go in the pool? It's a nice enough day."
"Why not?" Netty said,
"Sqaishey! We're going into the pool! Are you almost ready?!" I called upstairs,
"What?! I just got ready!" She yelled, "uhh.. Fine!"
"We'll meet you out there. Let's go the back way then."
We went around the side of the house then into the pool, I had a waterproof phone case on and jumped into the pool, I took my dressing gown off when I got in and I was left in a dark blue t-shirt and boxers. I lent my phone up against the steps, then swam in the pool with all my friends.

Squids POV

"So stamps." I began, "you gonna ask her?"
Joe looked through the window at Beth. He smiled,
"Come on!" We all nudged him, "ask her."
"Livestream is still going on y'know." Joe said, trying to change the topic.
"We know, come on, you don't have to do it on camera!" I said, nudging him on the shoulder,
"But we're... But-" he bit his lip.
"Come on, you know you want to." Amy said, putting a hand on his shoulder.
He narrowed his eyes and smiled, and at that, he jumped out of the pool and put his dressing gown on. We clapped and cheered at him, he took a deep breath then walked inside.
I took his camera, and gave an excited smile.
"Ooh please say yes!" I giggled, Ash swam up beside me,
"Oh I've never been so excited!" He giggled, I filmed Joe walking into the bedroom. You could see only their two silhouettes behind the blinds, you saw them talking, then Joe knelt down on one knee, we shrieked, Beth put one hand down, lifted Joe up and kissed. We cheered from outside,
"FAN GIRLING!" Ash squeaked,
"Whoop whoop! Come in for a swim bride and groom!" Tom yelled, at once, Joe ran out with Beth in his arms and jumped into the pool, Beth screamed with happiness and we completely forgot the stream was on. The sun glared in the bright blue sky, it was warm, we were happy the sea was a beautiful bright blue below us.
"What a beautiful day."
