Chapter Five
•Ellie's Point of View•
July 22nd 2013
"She's gunna hate me for doing this Lauren." I overheard a voice that I took for Hannah's
"Oh come on Hannah, It would be brilliant if you did it." A voice that sounded much likes Lauren's replied trying not to laugh
"Oh my god I don't want to." Hannah said barely audible
"She won't get mad at you, Hannah. It'll all be for the fun of it." Lauren exclaimed
"If she gets mad at me i'm blaming you." Hannah noted
It went silent for roughly twenty seconds before the most piercing scream escaped from mine and Hannah's lips.
Not only had Hannah jumped on me to scare the absolute living day-lights out of me, No, she had to top that morning wake-up to scream bloody murder basically a second before she had landed on me, Obviously being a human being unlike my two best friends, I had already been scared enough, I opened my eyes to see what was wrong only to feel the weight of my best friend on my shoulders, ribs, and thighs.
"I knew you lot were up to something that wasn't good." I exclaimed unhappily, they couldn't blame me for being unhappy either. We were leaving Seattle for nine months as it was scheduled currently, It was six-thirty in the morning, and my best friend had given me the most frightful wake-up I had ever received in my Twenty-Six years of life.
"It was Lauren's idea." Hannah said putting her hands up in defeat
"Knew you would rat me out." Lauren exclaimed sighing
"That's because she told you she would." I budded in sticking up for
Hannah slightly, that didn't change the fact I was also slightly upset over the whole leaving Seattle thing."This isn't your conversation Ellie! Go back to sleep." Lauren instructed trying not to break into a fit of laughter
"How about you two lovely idiots go out into the living area and sort your conversation out, there. So then I can get ready and we can all start getting ready to leave for Portland." I exclaimed before ushering the bickering two out of my hotel bed room.
"We're supposed to leave in thirty minutes, El, You're the only one we're waiting on, so get ready, get packed and we can get out of here." Lauren exclaimed from outside the door
"Very well, Lauren. I'll be ready shortly, Tell that to Hannah, Lucy, Jamie, and the band will you? We all know how impatient the lot of them can be sometimes." I replied laughing to myself remembering that one time I had made Hannah wait approximately twenty minutes while I got my hair done for a venue and she couldn't of been more upset with the wait, stating how I had taken 'forever and a life time' to get ready, that was the one and only time She had waited outside of my dressing room, Impatient one she can be sometimes.
I fixed my hair as quickly as I possibly could for everybody's sake, I could get Lucy to do my makeup in the car, I didn't want to waste anymore time than I had already.
I put whatever clothes were on the floor in the black suitcase in front of me and prayed they made it to a washer and dryer soon, Inside the contents in that suitcase since it was mid-sized it really just beheld my dirty clothes, I had a larger suitcase where my cosmetics, care products, and clean clothes were located.
Considering I had already brushed my teeth, hair, and put fresh clothes on, I left out my hotel bed room door to see my best friends, my manager, and my band mates waiting for me.
Hannah, Lauren, Lucy, Jamie, Chris, Max, Joe, and Simon were waiting for me, actually really patiently sharing a nice intellectual conversation and I think they might've been talking about me if i've heard correctly, which i'm quite confident I did hear it right, When I hear the name 'Taylor' being said and it's being said by somebody in my team, I know they're talking about me.
