Barbara, Elyse and Lindsey decided they wanted to help me look for an apartment, somewhere I could live on my own, and be able to afford it. We were walking around downtown Austin, looking at different apartments when Barbara almost screamed when she saw 'the perfect apartment' for me. We went inside and checked it out.

It was pretty spacious, the front door opened into an open layout kitchen, dining room and living room. It had a balcony and the master bedroom was huge. I was actually so in love with it that I decided to start renting it the following week. I didn't really have much at Geoff's house, so Griffon and I went shopping for furniture and appliances. I'll just tell you this now, appliance shopping is not as fun as picking out your couches and tv stands and decorations.

I felt like I had spent a fortune on furniture, and was terrified to check my bank account. When we got to my apartment with a majority of my shit, Griffon called Geoff to let him know that we were here and we were gonna need help setting things up.

I didn't live all that far from Geoff, but I did live ages away from the company, which was the shitty part. Griffon and I got my bedroom set up before Geoff and Gavin showed up. I didn't so much hang out with the Let's Play guys but I knew that if we needed help, they'd definitely call in the boys to come help. I just wanted my team to be here to check it all out, but they had no idea I was moving out of Geoff's house. It was a surprise because I wanted to throw a housewarming party, and I felt like I've been very distant from them since Monty's passing and the whole 10 bucks on Gavin thing.

While Griffon and I were setting up the layout of my living room, Geoff, Ryan and Jack were tackling the tv and the outlets. I flopped on the couch, between Griffon and Gavin, watching the boys tug at the wires and barked at each other. After an hour of playing tug of war over the wires, they figured everything out and let Ryan hook up my cable box, playstation and xbox.

During Ryan's trek through wires, Griffon and I went into the kitchen and started putting pots and pans away, and putting food in the refrigerator. Around 11:30, we were all done putting my apartment together, I still had some artwork to put up, and rearrange the guest rooms and bathrooms but everything was squared away and done.

I said goodnight to everyone but Gavin was already asleep on the couch. I chuckled and grabbed an extra blanket from the spare bedroom and laid it over his body. I walked into my room and grabbed some pajama's, changing into them quickly. I walked into the bathroom and started putting things away. I heard a soft thud from the living room and shuffling into the bedroom, then to the bathroom door. I looked up at a very sleepy looking Gavin, his hair was ruffled and the blanket was draped around his shoulders, much like a cape.

"Is it alright if I sleep here t'night? it seems Geoff's gone an' it's a lil late to be drivin', innit?" He mumbled, rubbing his eyes. I chuckled and nodded.

"Yes, Gavin, it's okay if you stay the night. But I'm not done unpacking so you'll have to sleep in the living room." I said, standing up, almost reaching eye level with him. He whined and shook his head, turning around and running to my bed, launching himself into the pillows.

"I won't be a botha!" His accent was much thicker when he was sleepy. It was sort of attractive, I sighed and nodded.

"Fine! But I'm keeping the light on." I giggled, watching him wiggle underneath the covers and burying his head in my pillows. I smiled and watched momentarily until I saw his chest rise and fall to a slow pace. I grabbed my clothes, next to Gavin and started arranging them into piles to put in my dresser. I tossed my jeans, underwear, socks, and pajamas into the dresser and hung up my shirts and jackets, which somehow, since working in Roosterteeth, most of my shirts were Roosterteeth related. I don't think I owned designer brand shirts anymore. I heard some movement and turned around to see Gavin, curled up, cuddling my pillows. I smiled and glanced at my phone, seeing that it was 3 am.

"Holy shit, I should sleep." I said to myself, I stared at my bed for a second. I didn't want to wake Gavin up by moving him, but I didn't wanna sleep on the couch. I pouted and crawled into bed next to Gavin and curled up, my back against his, closing my eyes and drifting off to sleep.

Gavin's POV

I had woken up around 10 am, with Gabi fast asleep next to me. Her back was facing mine and I sat up, I got out of the bed, making sure I didn't wake her and shuffled into the kitchen. I sighed and started looking through her cabinets for the coffee and the coffee filters. I finally found them in a rotating cabinet and started the coffee maker, after pouring the water and coffee in. I scavenged her fridge, trying to see if I could throw some stuff together for breakfast. I whined softly, realizing she didn't have much but some toaster strudels.

I grabbed them and popped 2 in the toaster for myself, poured myself a cup of coffee and walked to her living room. I sat my mug down and walked to her balcony, opening the blinds and glanced outside. Her apartment building was pretty high, maybe 15 stories? I believe she's on the 9th floor, but I'm not sure, I wasn't paying attention. I heard the toaster go off and  walked into the kitchen, grabbing my strudels and walked back to the living room. I sat down on the couch and shook my head, getting up and moving to the dining table. I sat on the side of the wall, so I could see Gabi when she woke up.

I had finished my breakfast and coffee around 11:30 and went in for another cup of coffee. This was abnormally late for Gabi to be sleeping in, sure it was an off day, but she never slept this late. I sat my cup down on the counter and I walked to her bedroom. She was still fast asleep, curled up in the blanket and her face nuzzled into the pillows, holding them close. I smiled and walked to the right side of the bed and sat next to her.

"Hey, bird. Wake up." I whispered, resting my hand next to her head. She groaned and buried her face further into the pillows. "Gabs, we've stuff to do!" I whined softly, and I got no response. I huffed in frustration and pulled the blankets off her. "Gabi!" I whined louder, she awoke with a jolt and pulled the comforter up to her chest.

"Wasatfor???" She spat at me, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes with one hand. I smiled innocently and smacked the bed, slightly.

"C'mon then, get up! We got some shopping we need to do!" I smiled wide at her, causing her to return the smile.
