Part 25:- (Confession)

Nandini was standing in the middle of the dance floor. Seeing her, anyone could say that she was drunk.

Nandini:- Hey DJ, can we have some blast?

DJ:- Sure Darling. This song is for you. Enjoy....

The DJ played a rocking song and Nandini started dancing on the beats. Some boys also joined her. They were dancing around her and seeing that Manik's eyes became red. He was angry and jealous. Veebha noticed that and said,

Veebha:- Oho someone is jealous?

Manik:- No I am not.

Veebha:- You can't lie Manik. It's clearly showing on your face. So Don't even try it.

Manik:- Did you see how she is dancing with those boys?

Harsad:- Manik, she is trying to make you jealous bro.

Veebha:- Yes Manik, Harsad is right. Go get her.

When Manik went there Veebha called DJ and said,

Veebha:- Stop the music immediately.

DJ:- Okay mam.

When Manik went towards Nandini, the song stopped. Veebha took a mike, stood on the stage and said,

Veebha:- Attention please. Sorry to disturb you guys but I have something important to say. There is a couple between us who are very angry with each other. So guys, why don't we try to bring them together?

All together:- (shouted) Yes....

Veebha:- Manik and Nandini please come on the stage.

They came on the stage and Veebha said,

Veebha:- Now my dear friend Manik will sing a song for his wife, Nandini.

All clapped together. DJ gave a guitar to Manik and Manik closed his eyes and started singing,

(Nandini was about to go from there but Manik held her hand and pulled her towards him.)

(This time Nandini sang,)

(Manik sang,)

(Then Manik sang,)

(Nandini sang,)

Pheeki ab na hogi kabhi
Yeah rangeeniyaan.

(Manik sang,)

Chaabi kahaan dhoondhe bata
Won chaan ke pyaale mein hain
Phir bhi sapne kar dikhaun

Manik finished the song. All clapped for them. Nandini was drunk so Manik said,

Manik:- Nandini, I think we should go to our room.

Nandini:- Why? Let's dance na.

Manik:- No, Nandini. It's quite late and we have to wake up early tomorrow.

Manik dragged her to their room and made her lay on the bed. When he was about to go Nandini held his hand and said like a baby,

Nandini:- Where would you sleep, Monstu?

Manik:- I will sleep on the couch.

Nandini:- Why?

Manik:- Because you will be sleeping on the bed.

Nandini suddenly pulled him close to her, Manik lost his balance and fell on her lap.

Manik:- What are you doing, Nandini?

Nandini:- Shhhhh.... Just close your eyes.

Nandini closed his eyes with her palm and said,

Nandini:- Now what can you see?

Manik:- Nothing.

Nandini:- Yes, that's my life without you.

Hearing this Manik opened his eyes. He was shocked because he never expected those kinds of sentences from her.

Nandini:- Yes Manik I love you. I love you so much that I can't live without you now. No matter what, I will always be there for you. Please don't break my heart this time.

Manik was numb hearing her. He was also going to express his feelings but he remembered their bitter past and said,

Manik:- Nandini, you are really drunk. I think you should sleep now.

Nandini:- If you love someone else then why don't you tell me? Please, tell me that you have a girlfriend and you are very happy with her. I will leave you happily.

Manik:- Nandini, it's not what you are thinking.

Nandini:- Do you think I am a fool? When you address someone as a sweetheart my blood boils in anger. I feel like chopping her into pieces then putting those pieces into the jar and blanding it then feeding you her juice. I wish I could grab her neck and strangle her to the death.

Nandini was continuously babbling and her cute talking was making Manik laugh. Slowly slowly Nandini fell asleep holding Manik's hand tightly.

Manik:- I am sorry, Nandini. I know I have hurt you a lot but not anymore. I can't lose you again. I don't care if you will believe me or not but I will tell you the truth very soon.
