The sound of the front door closing woke me up from my little nap i took with Taylor. I took a deep breath and rubbed my blurry eyes until i could see clearly.
"Oops sorry" she whispered as she took off her heels " awhhh you guys are so cute" she cooed. You could tell she's been drinking by how she was stumbling over everything and holding the walls as she walked.
" hey love" i smiled lovingly and carefully removed Taylors head from my shoulder. I wrapped my arm around her neck and the back of her knees and carried her to the guest room. She started to make small movements against my chest but she didn't wake up she just let out a deep breath and nuzzled her face in my shirt.
I gently laid her down and covered her up with the white feather comforter and turned the ceiling fan on so she didn't get to hot. " get in bed Gucci " i whispered. He jumped up on the bed with Taylor and plopped down against her side with one big snort.
I closed the door behind me and went to my room where Lauren was putting her pajamas on. " how was the party" i asked as i checked the time on my phone. " babe its 4 in the morning"
" it was good." She shrugged " we all went to the after party im sorry i forgot to tell you"
" oh its alright" i jumped on the bed landing on my back and sighed " i missed you today" i yawned
" i missed you too baby" she smiled and crawled in bed next to me. We weren't even laying the right way but she got comfortable anyways which caused me to giggle.
I sat up and swung her legs around so she was laying on the bed correctly and pulled her up to the top of the bed. She nodded her head against the pillow and let out a relaxed sigh.
I smiled and went down to kiss her but i stopped when i noticed something on her neck. My heart sped up instantly thinking of what it could be and i froze. " whats on your neck.." i asked nervously as i tilted her chin upwards.
She quickly rolled over trying to play it off and she pulled me down on top of her " shhh lets cuddle im sleepy"
" no come here" i grabbed my phone and turned on the flashlight to get a better look " lauren.. is that a hickey." I felt like i got punched in the gut by a professional boxer.
I quickly got up and just stared at her in shock " Lauren." I punctuated
" whaaatttttt babeeeee im tireddddd" she whined and rolled over with flushed cheeks
" what is that on your neck."
Her eyes became glassy and her cheeks grew even more red but she didn't say anything. She sat up and rested her head on my waist while her arms wrapped around my thighs.
" Lauren... what did you do?" My chest burned and it became hard to swallow, a swarm of butterflies rioting in my stomach.
" please just stop" she began to sob against my stomach uncontrollably " im so sorry" she cried out.
All of the butterflies suddenly died and fell to the pit of my stomach and my chest cramped up to the point i thought i was having a heart attack. I backed away letting her fall to the ground on her knees and just watched her cry.
" Laur why?" I asked softly.
She kneeled to me and looked up at me with blood shot eyes and swollen lips from crying so hard. " please" she sobbed.
" please what? Why? Why did you do this?" I was confused, hurt, and shocked all at once and didn't even know what to do with myself. Out of all people i wouldn't have expected Lauren to cheat on me.
