Honestly I'm glad I talked to Lauren, I feel a hell of a lot better and less confused since now i can focus on one girl instead of two. Even though Lauren will still be in my heart, V deserves a proper chance and I'm glad Lauren handled it the way she did.
I opened the front door to Vs place and dropped the bags i picked up from my house by the front door. "Nope, take it up stairs I'm cleaning" V demanded. "Gucciiiii!" She got on her knees and began to rub his belly, is it sad that I'm slightly jealous? Not really but like damn i get a nope take it up stairs but he gets a kiss.
I cleared my throat and looked at her with a 'I'm waiting for you to march your fine ass over here and greet me properly' look. "Lets try this again." I grabbed my bags and walked back outside, closing the door behind me then walking back in. V looked at me confused but then she finally caught on and jogged over to me with her arms out.
"Welcome back home daddy" she whispered as she inched closer to my lips to kiss me.
I dropped my bags and clapped my hands loudly sending echoes to bounce off the walls. "Now that is how you greet me" I giggled. "God i love it when you call me that now" i smiled.
"I guess that's your new permanent name now" she shrugged followed by a giggle.
"Well then i have to give you one huh" I giggled. "Any suggestions?"
"Uh princess because I'm a princess duh" she backed away to give me a cutesy pose which caused me to giggle.
"Princess it is" i leaned down and kissed her before grabbing my bags again and taking them upstairs like i was told, Gucci followed behind me but then stopped at the bottom step and turned around to attack v with kisses again but hey I couldn't blame him with the way she was looking in that black robe.
I sat my bags on the end of the bed and noticed she had cleaned her whole room and she even washed and folded my clothes that i forgot here and put them in a neat stack on my side of the bed. "Damnit she did my laundry" i smiled.
I quickly jogged back down stairs while tying my hair in a messy bun. "Why are you cleaning? Thats so unlike you" I giggled.
"Maria is making me, trust me i don't want too" she chuckled and rolled her eyes at Maria who was sitting there on her phone in the same spot behind the island.
"How rude you're not even helping her?" I joked.
"I haven't been here in a month almost" she shrugged.
"Go sit down" i kissed the top of Vs head and pushed her towards the bar stool gently. I walked over to the fridge and grabbed her wine that was almost empty, and refilled their wine glasses. "Are you full?"
She looked at me in awe and smiled brightly "why are you in such a good mood today? I take it the talk went well"
"It did actually, i mean we both cried in a coffee shop but things went really good" i giggled.
"So what's going on?" She asked.
"Talk about it later?" I asked as I discreetly looked at Maria.
"Let's go on the patio" she looked at Maria and playfully rolled her eyes. "Shes busy arguing with her boyfriend anyways"
We walked out to the patio with Gucci and sat down on the cushioned bench by the door. I pulled V on my lap before she could sit down all the way. "So she's going on tour and suggested i give you a proper shot since you've been there and all" i smiled. "She was super understanding actually which freaked me out a bit but I mean I'm glad it went well" I shrugged. "Me and Lauren are just gonna be friends for awhile" i smiled.
V looked at me like she was surprised "uhg I've always loved Lauren she's such an overall great human being like this world doesn't deserve her"
I giggled and nodded in agreement "yeah she's pretty great" i smiled. "I feel so relieved though like i can finally think straight" i sighed happily and rubbed Vs thigh. "I can finally focus on one person again without worrying about the other too much and it feels great" i chuckled.
