I sighed before opening the front door. "Hey whats up" i smiled, stepping aside so everyone could walk in.
"It looks clean in here" Daniel whispered with a soft smirk. "Whats that smell? Is that a candle? Wow you really out did yourself y/n"
"Eat a dick" i whispered back. "Hey nice to meet you I'm y/n"
"Khalid" he smiled brightly as he walked inside, looking around at the high ceilings and the marble floors. "This is niceeee, how much is rent over here? Im lookin' for a new place" he asked.
I giggled and shut the door behind him. "Wait its kah-leed? I thought it was Khalid all along but Way too much" i huffed. "Me and V split it but its 7,000 a month"
"Damnnnn" he chuckled, bringing the side of his fist to his mouth.
"We're actually gonna head out and discuss some things" Daniel informed Khalid and I.
"Alright" I shrugged. "Come in here I'll introduce you to my girlfriend"
"Alright cool" his smile was radiant and contagious, you could tell he was a good easy going guy.
"This is V, Lauren, and Jess" i pointed them out as i said their name. "Girlfriend..girlfriend, Bestfriend"
He threw his hands up and let out a chuckle. "Hey you live your life how you wanna live it I'm not judging" he giggled.

"Nice to meet you man, I love your music" Jess interrupted with his hand out.
Khalid took his hand and shook it firmly "Thanks I appreciate it and likewise for real" he smiled.
"You want a beer or something?" I asked.
He gave me a look and sat down on the bar stool next to jess " nah Im only 19" he giggled awkwardly.

"Damn. Well you can still have a beer in my house if you want one" i shrugged. "Second drawer in the fridge"
"So you're looking for new people to write with?" Jess asked. He stretched his back out and cracked open a new beer.
"Yeah, i just feel like if I surround myself with new people it'll bring new vibes" he smiled. Im shocked that he isn't complaining about his cheeks being sore yet.
"Is it for an album?" I asked.
"Yeah I'm trying to finish up American teen, i have about 4 songs finished so far"
I nodded as he spoke and took a swig of Vs wine earning a mean look from her. "Do you have anything so far?"
"Yeah i have them on my phone you wanna start right now?" He gave me an excited look and quickly pulled out his phone. You could tell he was passionate about what he does.
"Yeah, jess and lauren can help too" i smiled, walking up to the island to rest my hands on it.
"I wanna become a rapper now" v playfully frowned. "I feel so left out"
Everyone burst out in laughter at Vs words. "Show them your bars baby" i giggled.
She covered her smile with the back of her hand shyly and giggled. "No leave me alone"
I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her in front of me so i could lean on her. "Alright what do you have"
