We were all at the after party, all of us meaning literally everyone that was with me earlier. We were all spread out talking to people or taking pictures, well V was in the bathroom with Ally talking.
"Hey" Lauren smiled as she made her way through the crowd to get to me.
"I feel like I've only seen you twice tonight" i frowned.
She poked her bottom lip out and wrapped her arms around my waist. "I miss you" she mumbled against my shoulder.
"I miss you too" i smiled, hugging her back in a warm embrace. "Are you drunk?" I giggled. Well obviously due to her full champagne glass. We've been here for 2 hours and i we got drinks together-- And plus its Lauren we're talking about here.
She took a few steps back and pinched the air as some kind of visual representation of how drunk she was. "Maybe a little" her tongue held snugly between her teeth as she let out a drunken laugh.
I huffed and shook my head before seeing V walk up to the side of me. "You okay?" I asked.
Her eyes were red and puffy as if she had been crying, of course she wasn't okay. "I think Im gonna go home" Her lip started to quiver once she looked at me. She then lunged forward and hid her face against my chest, sobbing softly.
"Let's go get some air" i whispered against her head. I wrapped my arm around her shoulder and lead her outside to the car. Where we soon found ourselves hiding in the backseat.
"Its just not fucking fair!" She belted out. The veins in her neck protruding as she cried.
I turned in my seat to face her and reached out to hold her thigh. "I know it's not but it's life" i giggled softly, almost in an awkward manner.
"Im fucking sick of you saying it's life! Just- shut up... please" Her tears were turning black from her makeup, staining her cheeks. She wiped them away with her arm and nudged the door open. "Im going home" she sniffled.
"Okay ill come with you just let me tell everyone we're leaving so bates doesn't have a -"
She shut the door and walked around to the drivers side, plopping down in the seat causing the car to bounce. "Just go back inside"
I furrowed my brows and leaned forward between the seats. Then grabbing her jaw and forcing her to look at me. "Did i do something?" I asked.
"No, i just wanna be alone right now" she said softly.
"But like why-- when I'm trying to love you and make you feel better" i faked a pouty face and leaned forward to pepper kisses all over her face because they always make her smile.
She didn't smile this time.
She pushed me away gently and twisted her body to get her seat belt. "Ill see you when you get home"
I sighed and slowly got out. To be completely honest i was just waiting for her to say i love you. Once i shut the door i knocked on her window.
She rolled it down and rested the side of her head on her hand. "I love you" I smiled softly.
"I love you too"
"Can i have a kiss goodbye?"
She leaned out the window a little and kissed my lips softly before sitting back in her seat, rolling up the window slowly as she pulled off.
"Where is she going?" Lauren asked as she walked to the side of me.
"Home" i shrugged.
"Whats wrong with her? Are you fighting?"
