"Come on Sage we've gotta go on." Brandon said.
"Dude I'm freaking out." I said.
"Come on, You'll be fine." John said.
"No I feel like I'm going to be sick."
"It's just nerves now let's Go." Patrick grabbed my wrist and we went on stage.
We did a few songs, I looked back stage and saw Diana.
"Now I'd like to welcome a woman who is very near and dear to my heart. So give a warm Misfits welcome to Fate Colt." I said.
The audience cheered as Diana came out. She came over to me and put her arm around my waist and I did the same.
"Now I asked Diana or Fate, to do a very special song with me tonight. From my favorite musical Rent." I said. "So this is I'll Cover You."
"Live in my house, I'll be your shelter, Just pay me back With one thousand kisses Be my lover And I'll cover you." Diana sang.
"Open your doors, I'll be your tenant Don't got much baggage to lay at your feet But sweet kisses I've got to spare I'll be there and I'll cover you." I sang.
"I think they meant it when they said you can't buy love Now I know you can rent it A new lease you are my love, on life Be my life.
Just slip me on, I'll be your blanket Wherever, whatever, I'll be your coat." We sang together. Diana took a step up, "You'll be my king, and I'll be your castle." She sang. I smiled. "No, you'll be my queen and I'll be your moat." I sang.

I've longed to discover Something as true as this is." We sang again together.
We had gone down to the edge of the stage.

I sang at the same time as Diana sang, "if you're cold and you're lonely You've got one nickel only With a thousand sweet kisses, I'll cover you, with a thousand sweet kisses, I'll cover you."
"Oh, lover, I'll cover you, Oh, Lover, I'll cover you..." we sang the end.
I reached into my pocket as the audience cheered.
"Hold on, I wanna say something." I said. I turned back to Diana and knelt down on one knee.
"Diana Colt will you marry me?" I took the ring box out and presented her the ring.

She covered her mouth with her hand.
"Yes Sage." She laughed as tears rolled down her cheek.
I got up and put the ring on her finger. I wrapped my arms around her and kissed her as the crowd cheered behind us.
"Earth to Sage come in Sage. This is Gerard speaking. Please come in." Gerard said.
I pulled away and Diana was still smiling and so was I.
We sang a few more songs before the end of the show. Afterwards we called our families to tell them the good news. Although Devon already knew.
