A terrible accident

Vinnie and I were killing some time hanging out in our room. I had an ultrasound in a few minutes, then I had to be out in the garden, so we could film a scene that we were going to add like almost a dream. But we were going to recreate a scene from Romeo and Juliet.

Vinnie had his arm around my back. Helping me sit up, even though I didn't need it. It felt good to be in his embrace. Haven was with her cousins. So it was just the two of us.

"I really hate that you have to wear a girdle while filming." Vinnie said.

"Well we won't be able to film for much longer." I said.

I was 25 weeks. I felt my baby kick Vinnie's hand.

"Hey buddy." Vinnie whispered to my stomach.

We'd found out a few weeks ago that we were having a boy. Dad was elated, so excited to have a grandson.

Vinnie helped me up and we went to go see Dr. Presley for my weekly ultrasound.

Afterwards we went to the garden. I went to the costume trailer. And got dressed. One of the dressers helped put the girdle on. It was tight. I put the blue dress on, and looked at myself in the mirror. I looked like I was only in my early pregnancy. But with a little bit of digital editing we could hide the rest of it.

I sat down in the makeup chair and got my hair and makeup done.

I went out to the garden. One of the girls, holding my skirt so it didn't get dirty. Vinnie was off talking with the camera crew. Chris and Josh were chatting. Chris in a guard's uniform. Josh had his hair slicked back like how Pop used to wear his hair, and wearing a suit.

"And how is your baby boy?" Chris asked.

"Healthy." I said as I put my hands on my stomach.

"Well that's good." Josh said.

"Evie, let's get you up to the balcony." Adrien said.

"Alright then." I said.

The girl still held my skirt and we walked to the second floor room that was facing the garden. I opened the doors and waved down to the crew on the ground.

I'd been standing on the balcony for a few hours. And it was really hot. I leaned on the railing.

"Are you alright, Your Highness?"

The next thing I knew was darkness.

I was hanging out with the camera crew. I looked up at Evie, she didn't look well. Then I saw her faint.

I took off running and climbed up the vines growing on the wall. I pulled myself over the railing. Evie was laying on her stomach.

"Nonononono." I scooped her up and ran inside.
