5: Nightmare

"Hey."

You knelt down to pick up your keys. You bit your lip as you did so hoping you would wake up from this dream before you start believing it, but no one wakes up when she's already awake. When you got up again, he was already in front of you biting his lip too.

"I'm Min Yoongi." He said.
"Hi, Yoongi." Your stupidity told you to say.
"We need to talk."
"About what?"
"About what happened. Last night. Between us."
You took a deep breath. This is it. This is real. It really happened. "U-uhhh. Let's talk inside."

He moved to give you way. Your hands are shaking as you tried to insert your key into the keyhole. You don't know why you didn't pick a unit with a digital door lock when almost every unit in your apartment building uses one. It would have been easier for you to open your door for situations like this.

"You need help?"
"Ani! I can do this. I do this everyday. I can do this." You said almost to yourself.

He stood there quietly watching you. You can't stop the shaking of your hands. Suddenly, he held your hand and guided it to insert the key. You held your breath as he helped you open the door. He went inside after and sat on the couch while you still stood there trying to calm yourself. You went inside and sat on the other end of the couch awkwardly.

"No one should know." He said as soon as you sat down.
"Mwo?"
"About what happened. Tell your friend to forget that she knows. Her friend too. And you, you should forget it too."
"Forget it?"

You stared at him as he stared at his hands. Everything he's wearing is black. Even his soft hair is black. You fight to urge to touch it. His legs are just like how they look like in pictures, thin as his pants hug them. His bare face looks so soft too. His arms that are half-hidden by his hoodie are a bit veiny. His hands are too. You stared at them as he fidgeted. Is he nervous?

This dream is turning into a nightmare. Is he really asking you to forget something you never thought would happen? Even when you still can't believe it, what happened last night, whatever it is, is the only thing that connects you to him directly except for being their fan. It's one of the best memories you have with him!

"I don't know if you know me, but it wouldn't be good if people find out about it."
Of course you know who he is. "Why?" You asked like you don't know.
"I don't want to harm my friends. We worked hard to keep a clean record. I don't want to ruin that." He said ruining your dreams, your world.
"I see."
"This is the last time I'll talk to you so please tell me if you need anything."

You looked away fighting the tears. Did he practice saying these things? He sounds so fluent. He sounds so natural it hurts more than it should. You don't know why you're even expecting something good. It was just a big mistake for him. It's bad for him, for his friends, BTS.

"I don't need anything." You said as tears started running down your cheeks.
"I'm willing to pay you."

You slowly turned to face him. What did he say? Pay? Money? Does he think you're some sort of a dirty woman?! A slut who gets happy after receiving money?! You stood up looking at him as he looked back at you with an unreadable expression.

"I DON'T NEED YOUR MONEY! LEAVE BEFORE I KILL YOU! Don't worry. No one will know about it."

Your heart is beating too fast. You feel heat in your ears. You clenched your fists and closed your eyes as he left quietly. Last night is probably the worst night ever. This night is probably the second to it.
