32: A Song For You

"It's this one." You told him making him stop the car in front of the apartment.
"I see."
"Thank you for driving me home, oppa."
"It's nothing." He said smiling at you.

You stepped out of the car and started walking to the unit. You were unlocking the door when you heard him call you.

"Y/N-ah,"
"Hmm?" You said as you turned.
"Well... I'm just thinking... Can we... I know you're bored so...uhhh... do you wanna..."
"What is it?"
"I don't know. I just don't want to leave you." He said shyly making you smile.
"Well...you can stay here if you want."
"JINJJA?!"
"Ne."
"OMO! GOMAWO!~"

You opened the door and let him in. He sat on the couch and looked around the living room. You looked around it too and realized how plain it looks. The white walls, light-colored wood flooring and pale colors of the furniture. It's as if the room is empty. Then, you noticed Jin smiling at you.

"I brought a guitar with me. I'll just get it." He said.

You nodded as response. He quickly got up and took the guitar from the car. You sat on the couch while waiting for him. He came for a while and sat beside you as he tried to catch his breath.

"Why did you run?"
"Molla. I just feel like I'm wasting time when I'm not with you." He said smiling innocently.

You were speechless. You just looked down trying not to make your blush so obvious. He started playing his guitar. It's a cute song, the type of song you would listen to in that one morning when you feel too lazy to get up so you just play that song and listen to it all day. His voice makes it more of a lullaby. The way his fingers touch the strings is strangely satisfying. You stared at his hands the whole time he sang.

"How is it?" He asked you after the song.
"It's beautiful. Who's the original singer? I haven't heard of that song."
"Me."
You looked at him to see if he's just kidding, but he looks serious. "Jinjja?!"
"Jeongmal. I wrote this song 3 weeks ago, when I met you."
"WOAH!~ You're really talented! See?! You shouldn't say you're useless because you're obviously not!"
"I'm not talented. I'm just inspired." He said humbly.
"By what?"
"By you."
