9: Phone Calls

You woke up at midnight when your phone started ringing. You feel so exhausted you wanted to curse at whoever is calling you at this time, but still, you reached out for your phone.

"Yeoboseyo." You said answering the call.
"Y/N-ah, I forgot to tell you I'm going to Jeju with Henry. He needs to experience real vacation instead of staying in my apartment you know."
"Ok."
"Don't worry. I already called Sumin. She's coming today."
"Ok." You said again.
"Are you okay?"
"Ok."
"Uhhh. Ok. Bye for now. Take care of yourself and your baby!~"
"Ok." You said sleepily.

You didn't argue with her anymore. You let your phone fall on your side as the call ended. You tried going back to sleep, but you can't. You're tired, but not sleepy. "Min Yoongi." He said making you sit up.
"Mwo?"

"Whoever you are, stop fooling around."
"I'm not fooling around, you idiot. It's really me."
"And now you're calling me an idiot?!" You shouted.
"I don't have time for arguments. We're leaving in just a few hours. We'll shoot our music video in L.A, so I'll be away for some time."
"Why are you even telling me that? Didn't you tell me to forget you?"
"I said forget what happened. I never told you to forget me."

You stared at the clock that says 1:37. You found yourself smiling after a while. What kind of stupidity is this?! You shook you head and just listened to his breathing. He's waiting for your response you know, but you have nothing to say.

"I'll send you a number. Call that number if you need anything or if anything happens, ok? That's my mom's number."
"Why are you even telling me all these things? We're not even friends."

He was silent for a while. You don't know what he's up to, but the fact that he's telling you to call his mom if you need anything makes you smile again. It's not everyday that he gives his mom's number to anyone.
