*** A/N: I've decided I've made all of us suffer a lot, so here goes a fun, cute chapter. Just remember it's always, "the calm before the storm." In this case, a break before the wildfire goes insane. ***

{ A Month Later... }
Raven's Point of View
"Guys, we should go out tonight," Casey suggested.
School was almost over, only a few months left. Today has been peaceful so far, and we were currently in the cafeteria. "She's right. We all need to go out and loosen up a bit," Everette added, trying to convince everyone.
The table fell into silence until Kai broke the ice. "We should go out. We need it." He spoke up, catching us by surprise. Why? Well, that's about the only sentence I've heard from him since the funeral of CJ.
We all understood his and Gavin's pain. We knew that their grief couldn't be rushed, that they needed to find strength in themselves. So we've waited for them to open up and be themselves on their accords.
"I heard a new paintball shooting range opened up. We could go, it'll be fun." Gavin spoke up, causing us to do a double-take. I suppose it was time for them to move on from their loss.
We all liked that idea. I, on the other hand, well not so much. Why? Well, getting shot by a paintball freaking hurts. I mentally slapped my forehead as I let out a groan.
"I'm so dead." Which seemed to make everyone laugh their butt off. Including my twin and boyfriend. Wow, I never thought I'd say that.
"I'll make the arrangements for later on." Gavin suddenly spoke up. "So who's ready to lose tonight?" Trish asked with a smirk on her face.
Considering she's lost every other game we've had, she's very confident this time. "You should invite Alessandra. It could do her good. She's been stressed out a lot, you know with the tests and all that. She's always locked inside that mansion." Cora said as Gavin simply nodded and called her.
"Sounds like a plan," Kai stated as he placed an arm around me, kissing me on the forehead.

"Seriously, you want to go laser tagging as well," Casey stated, quite surprised at this new suggestion coming from Andrea.
"Gavin said that they also had that in the same place," Andrea spoke up as Leah laughed at her excitement.
They are trying to kill me. Mr. Reynolds was about to start class when a certain someone walked in.
"You must be the new student from our rivalry high school." Mr. Reynolds stated.
"That would be me," Vince stated with a light chuckle.
He never told me he'd be coming here. I'm confident I wasn't the only one with their jaw on the ground from this either.
"Alright, well, we normally don't accept students this time around, but anyhow. Class this is Vincent Rossi, and he'll be with us for the rest of the semester." Mr. Reynolds confirmed.
Rest of the semester? There are only a few months left of it. That is weird. If we would want to switch, they'd say we can't because it's too late.
Vince then looked around the class until he spotted me, which caused him to smile. Kai, on the other hand, was sending daggers his way as Vince walked over to me. "Mind if I sit with you?" He asked me as I shook my head.
