**** A/N: In case some of you forgot, Raven knows that her brother, Gavin, Malakai, and Blaise are involved in gangs. Blaise has a plan that Malakai cannot find out about to make Shane believe that he was successful in ripping away Raven from Malakai's grasp.
Anyhow here you go, and there's another twist. ****

• Chapter Thirty-Five •

Raven's Point of View

I felt out of place, and the room was way too bright. My mouth felt dry. I could barely even say a few words. My eyes were susceptible to the light.

Declan ran to the hallway and screamed like a madman for a doctor. When he heard my voice, his eyes lit up like a Christmas tree. He could only scream 'she's awake' over and over again.

He was so happy, and so was I. I wasn't sure how long I was out for, but I hope I didn't miss out on too much.

"Oh my God, you're awake!" Dawson said as he saw me fully awake.

I missed them so much. My eyes were already watery. "I should call the others." Declan quickly stated as the doctor came in.

"How do you feel, Raven? Any pain, drowsiness, anything?" He asked as he checked my eyes with his small flashlight.

I flinched away due to the sensitivity in my eyes. I shook my head but told him I needed water. The doctor told us he would run some tests to make sure everything was fine.

"I'm so glad your back, I can't believe you're back," Declan told me with tears in his eyes.

He had called the others and informed Alessandra about me waking up. Everyone was so ecstatic with the news, and the more I heard them, the happier I got. I missed my friends and spending time with them.

Declan told me I even missed prom and that graduation was two months away. Luckily my teachers and principal said I could do a few papers to count as points needed in my classes. Declan told me he would help me to turn them in before graduation. There wasn't much to stress over since most of the senior stress was taken care of in the first semester.

I was glad to be back. As the others began to enter the room, I suddenly felt the urge to throw up. Each and everyone came in with either balloons, roses, and or chocolates. Gavin brought in a teddy bear while my trouble makers brought me candy. A few other treats here and there, but the urge to throw up was very much vivid inside of me.

"Oh my, you're finally awake!" Andrea stated happily with tears in her eyes.

I was tackled by everyone in the room, including the nurse, Shay. A nurse who has taken care of me since my accident. Declan and the rest have grown fond of her and have talked great things about her.

In so little time, I had almost caught up on these nearly four months since I've been asleep. Everyone had tears in their eyes, but they were happy tears. The last person to walk in was Alessandra. She brought in cookies and flowers. The cookies were from her mother, who I've heard wasn't doing well at all.

Although when I took a bite from the cookie, my stomach swirled. I could feel the bile in my throat, threatening to come out. Just when I had calmed down from the smell, another nurse walked in with a food tray.

I immediately ran to the restroom. I couldn't even handle the smell of the hospital food. I didn't care whether the others saw me. I ran straight to the toilet.

Gavin was right behind me as he held back my hair. I heard Shay tell the nurse to leave, while Dawson yelled for the doctor.

Everything else happening went by like a blur. I couldn't handle any sort of smell. I kept throwing up as Gavin kept my hair from getting in the way.
