**** A/N: The twist is finally here. To clarify, the beginning will take part before the birthday party thrown for the little kids, which is from Chapter 29. Inevitably things will run smoothly from now on. Well, that is if you were able to put two and two together. Anyway, enjoy the chapter. ****

{ Two Days Before the Accident... }
"Boss, he's out taking care of deals just how you asked." A tall, broad man spoke up as he stood in front of his leader.
"Good, now go get Declan." The tall, broad man nodded as he got out of the office.
After thinking through the countless scenarios on how to break the news, he'd thought it is best to come clean. Of course, Declan had to agree to this ludicrous plan, but there wasn't much persuading that needed to be done.
The twins were getting ready for the birthday party of their cousins when Declan spotted a familiar car out his house. He casually excused himself and left to check it out.
"What are you doing here?" Declan asked as he got in the car.
"I was told to come get you and your twin. Blaise needs to speak to the both of you." Declan shook his head. "No. Raven doesn't need to be involved in anything, Blaise knows that." The broad man shrugged his shoulders.
"Declan, I am not in any way, asking for your permission. I am only following orders. If I were you, I'd get Raven and follow me. She needs to be prepared for what's coming." The broad man spoke as he handed a yellow envelope to Declan.
"These were sent to Blaise a week ago. Shane's been keeping tabs on her. Raven needs to know before things get out of hand." Declan opened the envelope only to see multiple pictures of Raven. He let out numerous curse words before he agreed.
Declan got out of the car and headed inside the house. He went up to Raven's room and knocked, followed by a 'come in.'
"Hey, you think you can spare me a minute?" Declan asked as he nervously stepped in.
"What's wrong?" Raven asked as she sat down on her mattress. She'd done her makeup and dressed somewhat casually.
"I need to tell you something. But first, you need to come with me, ok?" Declan speaks up as Raven begins to fidget in her seat.
"You're scaring me, Declan. What is it, spit it out." Raven states, but Declan shakes his head. "Not here, please trust me." Declan offers his hand as Raven stares at it for an extended time.

"Finally. I thought you wouldn't listen to Greg." Blaise stated as he watched the twins walk inside his secret house.
"Blaise Knight? Okay, what the hell is going on, Declan?" Raven asked as she let go of her twin's hand.
"I wish you wouldn't be rushing me with telling her this," Declan stated, looking directly at Blaise.
"Well, I'm sure she's quite capable of defending herself just fine," Blaise said as Raven looked between both men.
"I'm right here, guys. Can you just tell me what I'm doing here?" Raven asked as her heartbeat sped up.
"Remember when I called a year after I left?" Declan questioned Raven as she slowly nodded. "You called and quickly hung up when a girl said your name." Declan nodded.
