HERE WE GO AGAIN.
Getting lectured by my best friend.
"That is just fuckin' terrible, but what the fuck were you thinking, Mils? You could've gotten killed by that dude." Sam hissed at me with a scowl on her face, looking very aggravated. Her reddened hand tightly gripped onto her glass of ice cold lemon tea as she slammed it on the table stood in front of me, making a painful noise as the glass hits the wooden material. I groaned and tilted my head against my hand, rolling my eyes as I glanced the opposite direction.
I knew telling her what had happened last night would result in her acting like a protective mother. I wasn't like this or had any experience as crazy as this so you can say that before my mom was gone, I was a good little girl. I was both a mommy and daddy's girl. I follow orders and are obedient with the rules, unlike Kade Perez for example. God knows what other absurd things I will do in the future now.
Especially since my dad is busy with work.
And I'm probably off to live on my own for university alone soon.
And now that I'm starting to hang out more and more with Dre and his buddies, do you think those delirious things just going to stop there? And plus, I love being around him as much as I love being around Sam. Making her feel annoyed is like an entertainment factor to me.
"Who cares. I would love to see him resulting in a blackeye because of me." I boasted as my fingers tugged onto the straw and slowly taking a sip of my drink.
She rolled her eyes and grumbled. "Pfft. Like that would ever happen. It's doubtful and you know that." She told confidently, leaning back against her chair with her arms and legs crossed, simply glaring in disbelief at what I've just told her.
I pursed my lips in thin line before shrugging my shoulders lightly. "I punched that demon before in the face and kneed his crotch, of course I can do it to other guys as well, no?" I raised an eyebrow.
She shook her head in disapproval which I had already expected from her actually. "You described him being a bigger dude than that dickhead, now tell me how is that possible?" She went on, trying to look for an answer from my mind. But at the same time, doesn't believe in what I'm going to say either.
"Size doesn't matter?" I responded dumbfounded.
She stared at me for few seconds before grunting under her breath. Like she was saying why am I friends with you in the first place? before her fingers raised up and snapped, pointing her index towards my face like a warning. "You miss, is putting yourself in the danger zone." She told cautiously.
