IT'S BEEN A FEW DAYS after meeting Keegan again and encountering the two at the restaurant. Quinn and Glenn. Shortly after it all ended, Dre had given me a call about how he slept in class which was already obvious since Quinn mentioned so. He then found out from his friend that he had a chemistry test due yesterday.
So the call was about him wanting to know if I'm good at chemistry or that if I can help him with some questions, so I did. I gave him my chemistry notes, because exam is already over for me and my home-school graduation is next week - before Keegan's trip that he had suggested. We then skyped and most of the time, he would playfully joke around which made me smile and laugh a lot. Typical Dre. I actually needed someone like him in my life.
Sam is my only best friend but when being a friend to someone like Dre, it feels like I'm missing out on something here, truly I do. I'm so glad I met him, even though my life turned for the worst. Meeting the devil's sons, Kade and Erik. Of course I'm not going to call Franco as one of them, he is a piece of a mystery. But when he told me to go back home safely that party night, he sounds like a sweetheart trapped within.
"So how was your test?" I asked Dre with a cheery voice as I plopped my bum comfortably onto the soft couch, facing Dre sitting at the near end.
Dre has suggested to babysit Fae and Faye because Franco has a street fighting competition going on with some unknown dude I am not familiar with. Well fortunately, he's not fighting Hellfire, or else. Something bad would happen. Dre told me Fae and Faye is currently having a bath in their shared rooms. So once they're finished, they're going to be surprised to know that we're here. At least Fae would be surprised, not sure about the other twin.
"You know what?" He told before facing his body towards me. "I think I'm confident enough to get an A." he gave me a sneaky confident smirk. I grinned and nodded.
"Be positive, Captain."
"I will, Princess Peach." He winked, earning a small laughter from me.
"Hey, if you have a boyfriend one day — can I still call you my princess?" Dre asked, tilting his head to the side and leaned against the couch. I chuckled.
"I don't know, what happens when you get a girlfriend one day. Would you still call me a princess?" I raised my eyebrow in a challenging way, asking a question within a question. He laughed and shook his head.
