The day of Harry's hearing a woman Grace had never seen before entered the household. Her pastel purple hair fell in waves to the middle of her back. Freckles danced on her face while she looked around with curious blue eyes.
"Sirius, your old house is a dump." She stated. Sirius smiled at the woman.
"Thanks, Catalina." When the woman, or Catalina, looked at Grace she seemed taken back for a moment.
"Oh, you must be Grace." She said.
"I am." Grace said with a smile.
"I thought you were your mother for a moment, but...." Catalina trailed off and didn't finish the sentence. She stuck out her had for Grace to shake. "Catalina Arkson." A smile appeared on Grace's face as she shook the woman's hand.
"You must be Leslie's mum!" Catalina smiled.
"I am." The door to the kitchen opened. Florence ran out and tackled Catalina to the ground.
"CAT!" Florence shouted.
"They act like such children, don't you think?" Sirius asked Grace. She chuckled and gave the man a shrug.
"I mean, one of them is your wife. You both seem like children to me." Grace stated which caused a small laugh from Sirius. Catalina pushed the other woman off her.
"Get off me you big lump! I can tell your Quidditch days are over, you've gained a bit." Catalina stated. Florence punched Catalina in the arm.
"Oh please, the Irish would love to have me back!" Florence and Catalina disappeared into the kitchen. Sirius followed after them. Grace didn't know what they were taking about, but after about an hour Catalina bid goodbye and left.
Grace could easily see how Leslie resembled her mother. Both had wild personalities and seemed to have a thing for having different colored hair. Grace knew nothing more about Catalina except she worked as an Unspeakable.
That night everyone celebrated Harry winning his hearing. Grace congratulated him before returning to business deals with Fred and George. She agreed that she'd show off their products in her own common room.
Before Grace knew it she was returning to Hogwarts. Both Florence and Sirius insisted to come to see Harry go.
"Florence, you aren't an animagus." Molly declared before they left.
"Right you are Molly, but I'm allowed to walk freely on the streets." Florence stated. Sirius, who was in dog form, growled at his wife. Florence scoffed at his actions.
"Oh will you hush?" She told him. The growling stopped, but he refused to look at her. Grace laughed at the two. Even in dog form it wasn't the best idea to let both Florence and Sirius go. Lucius Malfoy knew something was wrong. Instead of keeping quiet he decided to prod into her past.
"Florence, new pet?" He asked.
"Yes." Florence stated.
"What's the dogs name?"
"Uh...fluffy." Florence said proudly.
"Fluffy?"
"That's what I said."
"What a shame, your other dead mutt would be ashamed. What was his name again? Archie?" Grace had heard the woman had a short temper, but it appeared to use all of Florence's power not to attack the man.
"Argo." She said through clenched teeth. Obviously it had struck something hard as Sirius growled next to her.
"Ah yes, died right before your beloved husband went to Azkaban?" Luckily, Lupin was there to hold Florence back as she bounded at the man. However, he couldn't silence her screams.
"IF HE WASN'T HOLDING ME BACK I WOULD RIP YOUR ARM OFF AND BEAT YOU WITH IT! ARGO DOES NOT NEED A GIT LIKE YOU SPEAKING HIS NAME! IF HE WERE WITH ME I WOULD LET HIM EAT YOU ALIVE! AND DON'T YOU DARE SPEAK MY HUSBANDS NAME YOU LITTLE—"
"Florence!" Remus yelled. The woman went limp in Remus's arms.
"Put me down." Florence demanded.
"Are you calm?" Remus asked.
"Yes!" Florence said with a smile. Right when her feet touched the ground she sprinted towards Lucius Malfoy. Luckily, someone else was there to stop her.
Ben wrapped his arms around Florence's waist and pulled her back. She struggled in his arms, but Ben knew better than to let her go.
"Calm down there tiger." After several minutes of more shouting and arguing Florence finally calmed down. Once Ben let go Grace ran over and gave her dad a hug.
"You're here?" She asked.
"Really think I'd miss seeing you go one last time?" Ben said. Finally, it settled on Grace. This was the last time she'd be going to Hogwarts. Ben didn't let her dwell on it to long as she called Fred over.
"So, I saw Reese the other day in Diagon Alley." Ben started.
"Oh no." Grace mumbled.
"He says Grace here made the first move and kiss you first." Both of the young adults faces grew a bright red.
"I-I wonder where she got information like that." Fred said with a shrug. Ben sighed.
"Fred, I like you, I really do. However, if you break my daughters heart like another boy did before, I swear I will personally hex you myself. Then I'll let Reese get you."
"Dad, stop." Grace demanded. Ben smiled and hugged Grace one last time.
"Have a lovely year." He said. Grace opened her mouth to speak about Emily, but was stopped when she heard the whistle.
"Have to go, bye!" Grace ran off and got in the train.
"Grace Elizabeth Kellner!" Grace sighed and muttered to herself.
"Oh Merlin."
