Zak Bagans Pt 2 (Requested)

You sighed as you felt the warm rays of the hot Nevada sun hit your face. You had been living with Zak for 6 months now and it's been a little difficult, but he was doing everything he could to make you comfortable and you loved him more than ever for it. "Hey Rose, I have to go to the museum today. Is that okay?" You opened your eyes and turned to see Zak take a seat next to you by the edge of the pool. "Yeah of course, babe." He gave you a small smile before kissing you and getting up to walk away. "Hey Zak?" He stopped and turned to look at you. "Are you sleeping okay?" He gave you a weird look before shaking his head. "Yeah of course I am! Don't worry about me, I'm fine." He said before walking away. You shook your head. You could see the bags under his eyes and you knew that the nightmares had come back, and all the stress of getting the museum ready wasn't helping. You touched your necklace and felt your tail give way to two legs and your scales transform into a pair of shorts. You threw on one of Zak's t shirts and walked inside. You picked up the phone and dialed Nick. "Hello?" "Hey Nick, it's Rose. Is Aaron with you?" You heard a yelling in the background and new you had your answer. "Can you grab him and put the phone on speaker? I need to talk to you guys." "Yeah, sure." You heard muffled yelling for a little bit before Nick told you to go ahead. "Zak's been really stressed out lately with everything going on and I wanted to do something nice for him." "Dude, that's so sweet. We should go help him out at the museum." "Aaron, I don't think-" "I think that's a great idea, Aaron!" You interrupted your cousin and you heard him groan in annoyance. "Rose, in case you've forgotten you can't really walk." You rubbed the back of your neck. "Yes I can! I may or may not have gotten a friend to do me a favor..." you heard silence on the other end and you took a deep breath. "I've got a friend who agreed to make me human again." "What? How?" "I told her that she owed me one after I helped her out a while ago and she agreed to turn me into a human. Shes coming over in a few minutes and I was wondering if you guys could come get me so we can go surprise Zak?" "Totally! We'll see you later, Rose!" "Wait Aaron-" You heard the phone call end and you smiled. You heard the doorbell ring and you ran to the door. Your friend was waiting on the doorstep and you quickly let her inside. "Thanks for helping me out. I really appreciate it." She shrugged and walked to the pool in the back. She pointed to it and you quickly got in. She opened her bag and started pouring bottles of different colored liquids into the pool while chanting in a different language. You felt a burning sensation in your lungs and you start coughing. You soon felt like you were choking and you grabbed at your throat for air. "Rose! Rose!" You turned and saw Zak running towards the pool while Aaron and Nick came running after him. You felt your arms start to tremble and the burning sensation spread throughout  your whole body. Zak jumped into the pool and started wading towards you. Your friend didn't seem fazed and continued what she was doing. You felt light headed and your vision started to blur. Zak reached out and pulled you to him. "Rose! Damn it, Rose!" You gave him a small smile. "Z-Zak. I love you." And with that you passed out. You felt your breathing slow before it finally stopped. You felt light and saw colors all around you before it felt like you got slammed back into your body. Your eyes shot open and you gasped for air. Zak has holding you in his arms and seemed to be crying. "Rose? Oh thank god you're okay, I was so worried." He said as he pulled you to his chest and placed kisses all over your face. You giggled and kissed him back. You looked over to the edge of the pool saw your friend smile at you. "You've been reborn, Rose. Enjoy your new life." And with that she left without another word. You looked down and saw that you still had legs. You smiled and started laughing. "Rose?" You looked back at Zak and smiled. "I'm human now! You're  permanently stuck with me always now." He laughed. "I wouldn't have asked for anything else." You both walked to the wall and he helped you out. Nick immediately pulled you into a bone crushing hug. "Nick. Can't. Breathe." "Oh, right." He said while pulling back. "You scared the crap out of us, Rose. Don't ever do anything like that again." You rolled your eyes. "Yes mom." He gave you a look before kissing your forehead. "I'm glad you're okay." He said before pulling back. You felt Zak wrap an arm around you waist. "Hey guys, I know we're having a moment right now but I saw a cake in the fridge and I'm dying for a slice." You all laughed as Aaron stuck his head out from around the corner. "Okay, okay. Let's go celebrate!" You heard him yell before running back into the house. You followed behind him and spent the rest of the night laughing and partying the night away.
