You shook your head in disapproval at the sight in front of you. You guys were investigating a house and the owner reported all the classic signs of a demonic presence, so Zak thought it would be a great idea to bring in a guy who could summon the legendary demon Zozo. You saw him set up the Ouija board on the dining room table and you felt your stomach churn. You were smart enough not to mess with that kind of crap but the other guys didn't seem to share your ideals. "Okay, now I need a volunteer." The guy said as he took a seat at the table. He looked at you expectantly and you scoffed. "You're delusional if you think I'm getting caught up in that. That's not something I want to get get involved with." He shrugged his shoulders. "I'll do it." You stared at Jay in shock. "Jay, I don't think that's a good idea." You and Jay have been friends for years, but just recently you had started developing feelings for him and you never thought in a million years he would agree to something like this. "It's okay, (Y/N). I've got the necklace you gave me, so everything will be okay." He gave you a small smile. You had gotten him a necklace with the cross on it that was blessed by a priest in hopes it would protect him when he decided to do stupid things like this. He took a seat on the other side of the board. You picked up your camera and aimed it at the two of them. "Now I want you to put two fingers on the planchette, one finger from each hand, and rest your arms on the table. Stay very relaxed and try to sit as still as possible." He took a deep breath before circling the planchette around the board a few times before settling it back at the center of the board. "Is there anybody here with us?" Electricity seemed to slice through the air and you felt like hundreds of pairs of eyes staring at you. You shivered a little before focusing back on the two. You saw the planchette slowly start to move. When it landed, it landed on the word 'Yes'. "What's your name?" The planchette started to move around. "A...N...A...B...E...L...L...E" Jay spelt out the name. You felt a cold breeze brush against your back. You jumped and moved forward. You quickly turned around but saw only darkness. "(Y/N), are you okay?" Jay asked. "Y-yeah I just felt a breeze blow behind me. Sorry, just keep going." You said slowly. You turned back around and refocused the camera. They started asking more questions, but you weren't paying attention anymore. You heard shuffling come from behind you and would feel what you thought were hands on your body. You were starting to get freaked out when a foul smell filled the air. "Guys, do you smell that?" The guys sniffed the air before their eyes widened in realization. "It smells like sulfur." Aaron whispered. It was then that it felt like a brick was thrown at your head. You fell to your knees and heard the camera drop out of your hand. You grabbed your head and tried to take deep breaths but it felt like your lungs were being crushed. "(Y/N)!" Nick yelled before rushing to your side. At the same time, the board was going crazy. The planchette kept moving back and forth between two letters- Z and O. Jay stared at you in horror as he realized what was happening. "She's being possessed. We need to get her into a chair. Nick, you grab her legs. Zak, grab her shoulders. Aaron whatever you do, don't take the camera off her." You screamed in pain as the guys quickly picked you up and carried you to the chair. The guys took their positions when you went limp into the chair. The guys thought you had passed out when a dark, menacing chuckle escaped your lips. You slowly lifted your head and Jay saw your eyes were pitch black. "Well, well, well. What do I have here?" A deep voice spoke. You rolled your head to the side and a smile grew across your face. "(Y/N)'s quite the lovely girl. She's got a very fiery spirit. It's very... attractive. Wouldn't you agree, Jay?" He clenched his fists but never looked away. "I command you to leave her body." You laughed. "I quite like it here actually. Brilliant mind not to mention an incredible body-" "Shut up!" Jay had finally lost his patience. "You will leave her body and you will go back to the hell hole you crawled out of." "There it is! I like this side of you. I'll let you in on a little secret." You tried to lean forward but Zak pushed you back. "Easy, there big boy. I don't think Jay wants you touching his girl like that." You started laughing maniacally. "(Y/N) likes this side of you too, Jay." Jay felt his blood boil. "You have no right to say her name. Your time here is done." Jay pulled out his cross and held it in front of you. You scoffed. "You're gonna stab someone's eye out with that." "Oh, I'm gonna do much worse." He whispered before pressing it to your arm. You hissed in pain. "Get it off!" Jay lifted it up but held it dangerously close to your forehead. "I command you, Zozo, to leave (Y/N)'s body and back to the depths of hell." You narrowed your eyes. "This isn't the end, Jay. I know everything about you and your little play thing. I'll be back." And with that, your head was thrown back and your body started to twist in unnatural ways before you collapsed back into the chair. Nick and Zak let go of you and Jay ran forward. He grabbed your face and lifted your head up. "Come on, (Y/N). Come on wake up." You groaned a little before opening your eyes. "Jay?" You asked softly. Jay felt a tear escape and he quickly pulled you in for a hug. "I'm so sorry, (Y/N). I should have listened to you. This is all my fault, oh god." You rubbed his back. "This is not your fault, Jay. None of this is your fault. Get that out of your head right now." He nodded his head. "Jay, I-" He cut you off by kissing you. You sat there in shock before slowly melting into the kiss. Before things got a little heated, he pulled away and rested his forehead on yours. "I've wanted to do that for a while." You giggled. "I'm glad you finally did." He blushed a little before standing up. "Let's get out of here." He wrapped his arm around your waist and pulled you up. You felt extremely tired so you put al your weight against him. He took one last look around the room before the both of you walked out of the house- together.
