Chapter 11

"Britt wake up." JJ pushed me in urgency
"I will for coffee." I groaned and looked at the clock seeing it was four-thirty
"Its Tyler. Hes in the parking lot." She said causing me to sit up and almost fall out of bed
"How? Is it really him?" I asked as she gave me my leather jacket and gun
"Yes. I heard him and looked out and saw him on his phone." She whispered as she peaked out the window
"Wheres the team?" I asked putting a new pair of jeans on
"They are landing in Seattle at five thirty." She said as I moved next to her
"Two FBI agents locked in a hotel room." I laughed packing up our stuff
A knock interrupted our movements
"Room service." His deep voice came from the other side
"No habla english." I said panicking as JJ gave me the what the hell look
"Very cute Brittney. Jennifer I know your in there too." He said trying to open the door
We stayed silent as he kept banging. We had both of our guns trained on the door
"I know you both have guns waiting for the door to open and for me to walk in." He laughed
"The police are on their way Tyler." JJ barked out at him
"But we both know thats not how its going to end." He said as the banging stopped and it was silent for five minutes 
I peeked out the hole and saw he was gone and police cars covered the parking lot
"I think we are safe." I turned around to see her taking her phone out to call the team
"Agent Jareau, Agent LaMontange the area is secure you can come out." An officer knocked and we opened walking out
JJ sat and talked to the officers as I walked off a little bit to call Jacob.

The phone rang three times before his tired voice came through
"Hello?" He asked
"Hey babe." I said trying not to cry at the sound of his voice
"Britt. Baby are you ok?" He asked worried
"No. He was here this morning. He almost had us but he left." I said as a few tears slipped
"Please be safe. I love you." He said
"I love you too. Hows Rae?" I asked wanting my little girl back in my arms
"Shes good. She keeps asking for you. I show her pictures of you and she keeps saying mama and mommy." He said really making me almost cry
"Tell her I love her. And I love you babe. I will be home soon." I said seeing the team pull up
We hung up and I started to walk back before a hand covered my mouth and pulling me back.

I sat in the back of a van trying not to laugh.
"Whats with the smile?" Tyler asked looking at me
"Really come on again with the kidnapping. At this point Im better of dead." I said still holding back laughter
"Just wait that will be later." He said pulling up to an old warehouse
"Very original." I said as he opened the back door and pulling me out
"I needed somewhere to hold you." He said pushing me to it
"I can walk." I said walking inside seeing it was full of pictures of my family in California
"Like the pictures. Rae has really grown up with out you there. She defiantly has yours and your mothers eyes." He said laughing as he pointed to the seat for me to sit down on
I rolled my eyes and sat down as he grabbed my phone out of my pocket
He walked away talking into it
"And now we wait." He said sitting in front of me

We waited for an hour before we head sirens out front.
"Let the show begin." He smiled standing up and walking behind me and pulling me to stand up with his gun pressed to my head really freaking me out
"FBI" I heard get yelled as I saw the flashlights shine being pointed around
"In here." He laughed
"Tyler. Put the gun down." Hotch demanded with the whole team pointing their guns at us. I watched JJ lower hers seeing he had it pointed to my head
"Get her out of here." I said referring to her seeing the fear in her eyes 
"No. Im not leaving you." She said standing firm
"Luke. Get her out of here." Hotch directed the new guy I heard about. He lowered his gun and walked over to her
"No Luke. She my daughter." She said as he tried to get her to leave. She fought with him and he eventually won and dragged her out with her still fighting him

JJs POV
"Luke let me down." I said as he got me outside
"Im sorry JJ. I had to take you out of there." He said worried about how I reacted
"I need to go back in." I said trying to barge passed him
"No, no, no." He said stopping me
"She my daughter. He has a gun pointed to her head." I said starting to cry
Before he said anything we heard gunshots go off in the ware house and we both took off running inside.

I ran inside with my gun pointing forward before getting stopped by Morgan.
"JJ we need to get you out of here." He said blocking my view.
"No. Wheres Britt?" I asked frantic
"JJ lets go outside." He said trying to calm me down as paramedics flooded inside
"We have a gun shot wound in the shoulder and abdomen." One yelled running towards where Britt was standing
"Derek." I yelled getting around him as he pulled me back and back outside. I didnt miss the sight of Britt laying on the floor covered in blood.

Britts POV
"I need you to promise me to make sure Rae knows I love her." I said looking at the team who now consisted of Morgan, Rossi, Spencer, and Hotch
"Britt dont do what I think your going to do." Rossi warned me
"I want you to tell Jacob he is the love of my life and Im going to do this to protect him and Rae." I said as tears started to flow down my face
"Tell my mom Im sorry." I said before taking action
I pulled the gun from my head and into my side making sure it wouldnt hit any major arteries or organs and pulled the trigger causing Tyler to loosen up. He shot me in the shoulder as he went down after Hotch shot him in the head
Rossi and Hotch ran over to me
"Im sorry." Was all I could say before I fell unconscious.

So I really like Luke on the show and I love Derek so I thought I could have them both in there. Let me know what you think 😊
