All the Lost boys lined up to say hello to the Indians, along with Annie and Wendy. Peter stood off to the side, with his hands behind his back and his head up high. The guests said hello to the boys and girls, and turned to Peter.

"Peter Pan, how are you doing?"

"I'm very good, Chief. How are you?"

Annie made a mental note to call the leader 'Chief.' He was a tall man, with paint on his face and a war bonnet on his head. Annie was quite intimidated by him, and certainly didn't want to get on his bad side. He chatted with Peter for a while, while the Lost boys made dinner. The young girl, who—Annie learned—was named Tiger Lily, stood beside the Chief as she curiously watched the Lost boys cook dinner. Grayson waved at Annie for her to follow him, and she did.

"Still got your petals?" Grayson asked Annie and Wendy.

"Yes, what do we do with them?" Wendy asked. Annie just nodded in response.

"We put them over the fire just for a few seconds, to heat them up. Then we give them to the Chief." Grayson explained.

Wendy and Annie both nodded, and went over to the fire. The Lost boys had finished cooking dinner, and were clearing out of the way of the fire pit.

"Wait, won't we hurt ourselves?" Wendy asked.

"Only if a flame touches you." Grayson winked. He gripped his petal by the end, and held it over top of a flame. It started turning a darker colour, as it became hot and crispy. Grayson pulled the petal away from the fire, and blew it off gently.

Wendy cautiously followed what Grayson had just done. She was too busy worrying about burning herself, and Annie got her petal done before Wendy even started on hers.

"All done?" Grayson asked.

"Yeah, I think so." Annie replied. Wendy nodded and looked at all three of the petals. Grayson's definitely looked the best, but Annie's was a close second.

"Well, here comes the hard part." Grayson said, and led the girls over to the Chief. "Hello, Chief. My name's Grayson, and these are my friends, Wendy and Annie. We have some petals for you, that we hope you enjoy." Grayson said with a large grin on his face. Wendy and Annie both smiled when he said their names.

"Tiger Lily petals, my favourite flower." Chief smiled, and held his hands out. Grayson and the girls put their petals on his hands, and smiled up at him.

"See you at dinner, Chief." Grayson smiled before walking away. Annie and Wendy followed behind him. They all high fived, and went to sit on a log. Dinner had starting to be served, and three plates were passed down to the trio. The plates had a mix of plants, potatoes, and some sort of meat. The same thing they eat pretty much every night, but the plants were much more fancy tonight.

Luke walked up to the fire, and sat down on a log. He impatiently tapped his fingers in the log, and watched Chief as he sat down.

"Chief, I have something for you." Luke said, jumping up from his log. He got everyone's attention as he walked over to Chief.

Chief held his hands out, and Luke placed a single Tiger Lily petal on them, but it wasn't cooked.

"Oh, a petal." Chief said, staring down at the petal. Grayson snickered, as he knew Chief didn't like it as much as his and the girl's petals.

"It's a Tiger Lily petal." Luke smiled proudly.

"Sit down, Luke." Peter demanded. Luke nodded, and went back to his log. He smiled evilly as he walked past Grayson, Annie, and Wendy.

"Well, let's begin eating, shall we?" Chief said. All the boys whooped and cheered before starting to eat their food.
