The two felines waited until their parents were asleep to quietly slip out of the den. They headed out to the forest quickly in the dim light of the rising sun. It had been a whole day since they had been exiled now. A day since they had seen their friends. It had been a day since they had seen their mentors. The realization with was now starting to hit the two young shecats. They would never get to train again or talk to their crushes again.

Shadowpaw would never be able to see the resting place of her brother and sister. She would never get to be able to fight better or become a warrior. She wouldn't be able to see Junglestar making the decisions or her crush from BoneClan again. She wouldn't be able to see him at the Gatherings. She wouldn't go to anymore of the Gatherings.

Eaglepaw was finally realizing she wouldn't get to be the best fighter in the clan if she wasn't in one. She would never be a deputy or even the leader of the clan. She wouldn't get to beat all of the other apprentices or get to have her own apprentice. She would never get to lead her clan to war against another clan. She would never even get to fight for her clan.

Shadowpaw stepped on a small stick that was hidden under the leaves that made her jump to the safety of the trees. Eaglepaw whipped around quickly thinking someone was attacking with her claws out quickly. Her tail fluffed up and her back arched making the feline look bigger and fiercer than she actually was.

"You mousebrain! You should watch where we are going. I thought one of the rouges had found us. We aren't far. I'm sure even you can scent that." Eaglepaw hissed in a low voice before turning back to where they were walking.

Shadowpaw whimpered at her sister's aggressiveness. She jumped down from the tree carefully and followed after the other female quickly. She kept her watch on where she put her paws just to make sure her sister didn't snap at her again.

The dark furred exiled apprentice could scent the disgusting scents of the rouges just up ahead. She watched Eaglepaw get into a crouch and slowly stalk toward the camp. Shadowpaw followed her slowly and even slower than she would prey. Eaglepaw looked back and flicked her tail for the female to hurry up and not be so slow.

Shadowpaw looked slowly hoping she wasn't visible. It was easy for her to hide with her dark pelt. She could spot around five rouges. They could easily cause trouble if they could the two. Two of them had to be around the same age as Eaglepaw and Shadowpaw. They both her dark brown pelts like the leader of their old clan.

"They look like they are asleep. We should be okay. Get in the trees and throw acorns. I'll throw rocks from here." Eaglepaw whispered barely audible to the other female.

Shadowpaw nodded with an understanding and hurried to the trees. She jumped up easily landing softly on each branch. She picked through the leaves until she found some acorns in the dark. She could see the red lining of the sky finally coming from the rising sun.

She grabbed them quickly and looked to her sister. She nodded with her mouth full of acorns. She put them in her paws quickly and started to chuck them at the rouges. Eaglepaw quickly threw the rocks before letting out a shriek.

Oh no. Eaglepaw is getting hurt. Should we be concerned? We really shouldn't but Shadowpaw will be.
