"You are a mousebrain," Brown said with a pause before licking her ear, "but I think it's possible. When would we get away? Pebble and Muddle might be able to handle your three kits since they are strong but I don't know when Night would ever allow this." Brown said trying to reason with the dark grey shecat who was planning on running back to the clans.
"Duh! We do this at night when he is asleep. It would be the only time to get away. I know the way back to the clans and I know cats in BoneClan so they can accept us!" Shadow giggled pawing the the dark brown tom's ears playfully as the ideas ran through her head. Her love could actually be alive. He could be in a clan.
"What if he's not there? What if he really is dead? Do you want to know for sure that he is alive or dead?" Brown asked her but it was mainly for himself trying to actually believe this.
"Yes! Yes, I want to know if he's actually alive or dead! I love that tom and I want to find him even if it's a body!" She hissed at him taking a step back as she realized what she said. Love. She did love Mud and she wanted to be with him but she didn't think she would ever say it to someone else first.
"You love him. I thought so. I'll go along with this horrible plan. If it finds my brother, I'll do it. Do you think he would actually come back with us or will I have to tell Night that you ran away to be with your true love?" Brown teased the female with a small laugh. He was trying to make her laugh now and not make her worry too much. He didn't know what to do. He wanted to be his uptight self always trying to gain his father's pleasure but now that he had it, he was confused.
"I'll try to convince him to come with us but if he doesn't, I will stay with him. I want to be with him and I'm sure he wants to be with me." She said with a small sigh as she looked down. She was worried he would have moved on. She was worried that the damage would have hurt him and he wouldn't remember her. What if that happened?
"Hey, I know you are worried but don't be. I'm sure he will be okay. He will see you and remember everything. You two can be together and have lots of kits like Night and Muddle." He chuckled and nuzzled the female to make her feel better. He really didn't want her to cry or he would be so confused and no use at all.
"Thanks for being here for me Brown. I'm glad Mud trusted you enough to protect me if he got hurt. I'm glad you are here." Shadow said softly and licked his ear back.
