It was almost night when the three rouges headed out of the MistClan camp. They were now heading toward the SmallClan camp with a slight speed to their steps. Shadow had told them that they needed to hurry if they were going to get back to their pack anytime soon. She left out the part about Eagle coming to kill them all as well since she didn't think it was important. They didn't need to know that their whole family was in grave peril from her sister.

Shadow could now hear the two toms talking about Muddle's kits behind her. She smiled. Those nineteen kits would survive and help them grow so much. Mud seemed so happy that he had tons of more brothers and sisters. He even added in a few sly comments about more kits coming in a few moons from someone else. Shadow just flicked her tail in his face and kept heading to her home territory.

They had been to every clan except for BurntClan now. She wondered if somehow they were going to be sent their camp so they can go to all four clans but she really doubt that was going to happen. In her own mind she was focused on what she was going to tell Junglestar.

The dark grey shecat knew she had to say something about how Eagle was the actual killer of Sunwish and took two of his lives. She also had to put how his sister, Ferretwillow, and Ripplespeck where both now dead because he had banished them from the clan.

She wondered how the dark brown tom was going to take it. He should be upset about his sister dying but from his emotions when she saw him last, she wasn't sure of it anymore. He seemed to have hated them when they were exiled. She knew it was going to take a lot to twist his emotions back to good ones but she figured that their killings might open his eyes to his mistakes.

She also wondered how he would react to exiling the wrong cat after she was gone. That poor cat who fessed up did nothing wrong but maybe he was a part of Eagle's plan. She just wondered who it was. Not many of the toms in the clan had that light brown fur like Eagle. She could think of a few but they were either elders or kits. Neither of them could have done it. There was another apprentice but she couldn't remember his name. It was something from a bird if she could remember right. Once she saw who was still in the clan, she would know who was exiled or had died.

"Not a lot further now. I can almost scent the border. We aren't going to wait for a patrol either. You two are with an honored quest of Junglestar's so I think he will bend the rules for us three." Shadow spoke as she soon saw the rocks and trees that made up the border between SmallClan and BurntClan.
