Shadow headed back toward the river going to lead herself to the clans again. She could have used more of a break but she knew that wasn't going to happen anytime soon when everyone was being cautious of Eagle. The dark grey shecat just needed to get to SmallClan, take two or three warriors back with her, take her small pack to SmallClan's territory, and then she can rest. Totally easy.

No, not at all. All the walking had been numbing the female's paws. She didn't even know if Junglestar would let her take two warriors with her or not. She also had to keep a look out for Eagle in case she wanted to attack her while she was near the river and drown her. She could run into a fox or a badger. She wasn't skilled enough to fight either and wasn't quick enough to outrun a fox.

She also had no one to talk to during the trip so she was all alone. She shuddered and kept walking thinking about the trip. She should be able to get to BoneClan by moon high if she kept up her pace. The sun was only a quarter of the way from setting. It couldn't take the female too long if she really tried.

Her light blue eyes looked at the river next to her making sure she didn't stray. Her stomach growled for some prey which remembered her that she hadn't ate since Brown and her left the pack in the night. She couldn't turn back around or that would put her way past schedule and she wasn't sure if she could even go and hunt. She always could stop for some fish but she had never fished before. She would just have to survive until she got to BoneClan and hope Blossomstar is kind enough to give her some prey.

The sun was just now setting in the sky as Shadow kept trudging along. Her stomach growled again for some food but the shecat ignored it. She wasn't too far from the clans' territory now. She could make it just a little farther until she got to the border and crossed it. She knew she could do that.

Shadow could now see the border. She could see some cats coming as well. Good, she just caught the night patrol. She lifted her head at the cats and smiled softly.

"Hello, I need to meet Junglestar again." She meowed as she walked closer to the group. She realized she saw Rosepaw in the group.

"Hi Shadow! Do you want us to take you to Blossomstar so you can rest and get ready to go to SmallClan?" The small apprentice asked softly as she pushed past her white mentor.

"Yes please. I need some rest for sure and prey. I haven't eaten anything." She laughed thankful one of the cats on patrol remembered her.

"Hailwing and Rosepaw, you may take her back to the camp. We can finish up here." One of the other cats meowed leaving the three.
